Looking for some solid user experiences and info on BPC 157. Anyone used it? Results? I've got some nasty joint pain in my shoulder, elbows and knees. Knee pain was diagnosed years ago as patellar tendonitis. Been on prescription NSAIDs for too many years. Elbow pain is most likely tendonitis and I think my shoulder is just wrecked period. I plan on having it checked out sooner rather than later. At any rate I've been researching BPC 157 for at least my elbows and knees. Results on other forums seem mixed. Wondering if anyone here has direct experience.

Hey mate Im literally on it just now. I have patella tendonitis and epicondylitis in both knees and arms as a result of overtraining 5 years ago, 3 months ago I also had an acl reconstruction. Have had prp numerous times and stem cells and tried thymosin beta 4 with cjc for the tendonitis along with a few other options (eccentric training, isometric training etc etc). None worked.

So giving BPC a crack. I can let you know how its going in a few weeks. This is only my third day and all injections have been in my right knee so far (acl knee). A friend used it for patella tendonitis and had noticable pain improvement his anecdotal comments made me buy it as it wasnt expensive. I feel ill be the real test as nothing so far has worked for me.

I strained the tear drop in my quad I think I actually partially tore it be it very minor it still looks like part of its missing .. anyway I ran it 200mcg twice a day right into the muscle and I was back training legs at 4 weeks go full bore at six weeks... really made a big difference
