So pretty much all these compounds make your BP go up. What do you guys do to manage this?

It depends on your current situation. If you start out with high bp, you'll need to control it with meds. If you start off with normal bp, and you plan to cycle off of AAS then I wouldn't do anything but monitor your bp, because you know what is causing it, and you know you're going to cycle off. I'm not a doctor, but this advice did come from one.

BP was on the bubble when I started TRT, now it's a little high. Not planning to come off TRT until my body temp drops to room temperature. :D

I gotta tell you...the numbers these doctors spout out are all relative bs bro. You go to another country and they are wildly different as to what is a "dangerous" bp threshold. If your right at what an American doctor says is safe, then I wouldn't do anything. Maybe a little healthier eating. That's about it.

I really make sure to watch my sodium intake while on gear... but sodium also has its benefits too. If it's "a little high" you should manage with diet

I was planning to manage with diet and I'm sure it will come back down... just the Test raised it faster than I could keep up in the beginning.

Most part for me is just keeping my lifestyle as healthy as possible. I keep my diet as clean as possible, keep my cardio up, Omega 3s, make sure I'm staying hydrated.

Good post. Does anyone know what is an acceptable range for bp while on gear. Checked mine yesterday. Was 160 over 100. I know that's a bit high.

I'm actually surprised with my self.. 140+/100+ would be stage 1 hypertension. I guess those years at uni weren't a waste lol

I had a really high reading the other day, above 160/110.. but i had also been drugged up by a surgeon an hour earlier

High blood pressure is a symptom of something else that is going on with the body. Kidney stress is the number one cause of high blood pressure. Water retention is the link between kidney stress and high blood pressure.
I've studied other reports that concluded that there was no solid scientific evidence that high blood pressure was hereditary. Now I am not a doctor and the only advice I will give someone is to control their own bp with diet and meds, because I know that it works.
But I do not "parrot" any of the inconclusive shit spouted by medical "practitioners"! After all, they themselves admit that it's just a practice, which means in plain English, it's not an exact science.

I set up a monitoring schedule. Check BP a couple times per week.

Take fish oil daily (it helps)

Cardio helps.

Decrease sodium intake. (usually doesn't do much for me.)

Monitor RBC and donate whenever possible. Double red cell donations are preferred.

If all else fails I will go to cruise, then cycle back on when I feel recuperated.

I had perfect BP readings before starting TRT. I stopped about 5 weeks ago form the sides, got measured last sunday and was at 143/79. I've never had high BP before and was *perfect* before starting TRT in July. Ran a TRT protocol until mid Jan.

How long after stopping TRT should it take for the high BP come down? I did start 2-4 IU dose on HGH in Early Jan.

Following these guidelines from the American Heart Association (https://www.heart.org/HEARTORG/Conditions/HighBloodPressure/KnowYourNumbers/Understanding-Blood-Pressure-Readings_UCM_301764_Article.jsp#mainContent).

Going from 112/68 to 143/79 is a considerable jump

Anything over 120/80 is less healthy then you could be. The pressure is hard on the smaller veins like in the kkidneys. The longer the pressure stays high the greater the chance of damage.

Cialis is a vasodialator. It will lower it a peck without affecting you physically which is good. I took my cialis with my melanotan and had raging night boners to the point my woman turned to swiss.

Can use diuretics as well, donate blood.

Thanks bros all good advice. I am going to donate blood this week and see if it will permanently address the BP issue. I would have thought that a 5 month cycle of TRT, and then 6 weeks off, would have allowed the BP to come down, but that is not the case. I'll let you know how it works out!

You can supplement L-Arginine and taurine with a low dose asprin a day.

If that doesn't get it in check look into cialis @ 5mg 2x per day along with the others.

If its still high, try atenolol while on cycle at 25-50mg per day. Sources dont carry atenolol but I can hook anyone up from a place that doesn't sell AAS but has some great other meds (no rec drug shit pm me for rec drugs and I will have you banned)

Anyway, my bp is bad and has been since I was 16-18.
On tren and eca I take atenolol. I get zero sides and it puts you right in check.

High bp is a killer of killers. It will be the thing that gets me probably in the end. I advise anyone with high bp not to dally... It will getcha.

Video courtesy of one of my favorite older forum crawlers that put me on arginine when my bp got horrible and I couldn't get atenolol.

Highest I got was 180's over 110's...

I advise the powder just like the video. Pills are xpensive and you gotta take a million.

Btw, I was scared of taking a presciption bp med like atenolol because I felt I was too young to be having that sort of trouble. Fact is I am a wound tight individual and If I don't use atenolol I will not make 40.

Don't let pride get in the way of your dreams. I wont be 270lb until I am close to 40... Now how dumb is it to die halfway there?

This isn’t what y’all are gonna whanna hear but loosing weight and doing cardio does wonders for blood pressure.

After my dirty bulk to 250 no cardio my bp was 160/100
After doing 30 mins of cardio a day and dropping 25lbs of fat and water my blood pressure is now 120/80. In less than 5 weeks

I know it can be gear related but I’ve been on the same amount of sauce this whole time.

There’s no use to carrying around extra fat and water if your body is telling you it doesn’t like it

Totally agree and not hard to hear at all. Much appreciated.

Im already doing HIIT 2-3x a week. That never stopped. I have gained about 6-8 lbs since the HGH, but the HBP started before the HGH.
