i seem to be having more and more issues with my legs these days and pull or strained hamstrings. i mean not really doing anything and pull them severly. i shoved a bench in march tore my left one and its still tender. and i frigging ran to my truck in a downpour to roll the windos up and bam strained the right one. got me on muscle relaxers , flexor anti inflam. patches , ice etc. two weeks until vacation and i am worried i'll still be to sore to have fun with the kids. the water maybe the best thing for it, the doc gave me no instructions on any kind of therapy. anybody got ideas?
