Just for the fun of it let's post up pics of when we wake up. I got the idea for this from a Navy Seal who has a podcast and talks about leadership and just all around motivational stuff.
Now I realized a long time ago if I want to train and eat right regularly I need to wake up earlier. If I want to run my gear responsibly and truly live this lifestyle, waking up early is the only way.

I.know my BOP brothers love sinking your teeth into this lifestyle like a big juicy rare steak so I come to the right place.
So just take a quick pic and post it to this log.
I wake up between 330 and 430 depending on the day...but obviously we all live a different life and work different hours..so it would be interesting to see what others are doing.

Up at 4AM everyday for work - get off work at 130- train - work again 5-10PM. Repeat.

Def tough at first but like anything else, your body adjusts to it and it becomes routine.

I take many naps throughout the day. Luckily both my jobs are pretty free form in terms of supervision. As long I get the work done, I am left alone- I often close my office door and take a snooze in between tasks as much as I can to catch up on the Z's

I average 4 -5 hours straight through the night.

Pick up another 1-3 during the day with the naps.

Gotta do what I gotta do

I have recently started alternating morning and evening sessions to try to catch up on sleep but it sucks. i am going back to every morning.

I'm up at 4am every day. Pound something with caffeine (currently Amino Energy by ON), take a little HGH then some quick carbs and whey protein before working out.

I think I need to start getting up at 3:30 though....got too much shit to get done on the ranch in the AM on top of working out before I gotta head to the office and 4am is barely cutting it.

I don't like rushing anyway.

Yea I should probably make that switch. Getting up early was easy when I couldn't sleep lol Now that I require sleep again I hate that I need to go to bed so early.

Just found this if I go to the gym in the morning I'm up at 215 and at the gym by 330 I have to eat and get everything ready ill start taking pictures it's already 5am here so not early any more. Early morning workouts are nice not many people keep motivated and pushing

I spent all last weekend camping and then going to a concert. Forgot how hard it is to get back into the pre 4am routine even after just a few days of late nights in a row.....been dragging ass all week.

Then I'm leaving for Vegas tomorrow. I'm gonna be so fucked next week lol

Pretty cool log idea Anzel! I take care of my two daughters solo(14&8)so makes things a little challenging... My daily rountine is getting kids in bed by 9~9:30 then going to bed myself(no later than 10:30) up at 5am to start getting them ready for school and such! Now that its summer time, i can sleep in till 6 before work! I tried getting up earlier and working out in the am but i cant operate on less sleep than that! Sleep is so under-rated! Props to u guys!

Another rough night sleeping ...trensomnia seems to rule the night...i will definitely be taking some sleep aids tonight cause I was so tired I though I would sleep all morning. I forced myself outta bed at 6! And just zombied myself out the door to the gym.
I did it but my whole day is gonna be hit or miss cause I got such a late start.

have sleep apnea & sleep so poorly that I'm usually pretty worthless in the a m & try to sleep as long as I can so have to get in around lunch or after work

We all have our own circadian rhythm but I have a lot of respect for folks that get up & get after it early every day ... KEEP THE GRIND !!!

I give you guys a lot of credit, I'm a bitch in the morning.

What time do you normally go to bed and what does one do that early in the morning?I go to bed around 9...maybe 10. And I have gone to bed around 830 on occasion.
I get up early cause it's the only way I can get in a full and UNRUSHED gym session. I do best with a.m. workouts. Anyway.
I get up early enough so that I can have a coffee and something to eat....and of course gotta make a bombing run in the bathroom! Lol.
I also like having time after my workout to shower and eat again.

Other benefits to waking early is my wife and kid are asleep and I get the nice quiet solitude of the morning to make my plans and make sure I'm carrying on my life accordingly. I also read alot st this time cause my mind is fresh.

Lastly I feel like I'm ahead of the game. I have my healthy non rushed meals and my workout done. I'm showered and shaved and had time to myself to collect my thoughts and it just seems like everyone at work is just barely functioning. Eating sugary granola bars and seemingly unprepared for the day. They seem more reactionary and as if the day just fell upon them and they have no idea what to do with it. Alot of time they are late too.
I'm always early to anywhere I have to be. I like to be the first one there and then act as if I own the area and as people arrive I say hello and make it like they have to go through me 1st...its a way of dominating the situation . Also bosses (CEOs,Commanders,anyone who owns a business etc.) All tend to try to be the 1st ones there because they try to set the example and also since they are successful they get up early. So I want to be there before the big boss gets there. And when the big boss gets there they see I'm always there before them. I get to dominate the area and get to speak a little one on one time.......[emoji1] [emoji123] [emoji95]

One last note. I have always been a morning person but if you look it up you will see that people who are successful have the habit of early rising.

Well today I woke up at 0715....i was restless all night and yet I should have been out cold. I even took a muscle relaxer for a cramp in my back. My body was completely relaxed but my mind was in overdrive..... tren tren tren....you won't let me sleep!

0600 today and that s late for me...up at 0230 this morning for work and by the time I fell back to sleep must have been 0330...so I had to sleep late.
But I feel like my morning workout is about to take off like a rocket...where my dbol at?

Nothing to brag about today!
I was up 3 or 4 times through the night and I had to eat mint chocolate chip ice cream at 3 am to go back to sleep (seemed like a good idea at 3 am when I was all pissed I was awake...but trust me...dont do this!)
So I didn't get outta bed till 0605 which is late.
I also didn't workout cause I'm too tired ...boo who...

Ok so things change and people change...it seems like I need to sleep later now. So that means no more early morni g workouts. I have to adapt to the situation.

I don't know if maybe the tren had my sleep out of wack but if I don't sleep till at least 5 or 530 I am too tired to train.
I'm of my blast and I will see if my sleep cycle gets better or not. But as of right now I gotta get my sleeps in...
So let's see how it goes

Ok so 0445 i been getting up. I'm gonna shoot for 0430 though. The extra 15 min helps. But I was up and able to crush a very good bis,tris and calves workout this morning.

Sleeping has changed alot since I came off of tren. I'm sleeping better but I can't get up as early.
I think 0500 is my new wake time

1st I want to thank you for the times you have posted knowledgable replies to my threads and educated responses to my PM's
Anyway, I want in on this log. I got up at 4am, T4 and GW and hgh, 20 mins fasted cardio, preworkout meal and then arms at the gym at 530. have a good day brother

I was actually up at 0430 but I laid in bed till 0445 ...sometimes you spring out of bed other times you struggle.
Regardless I still got My 30 min cardio in on the recumbent bike.

Today if an off day. Plenty of work to do outside around the house. I was up at 5 am and actually sat down with a mug of Joe and fell back asleep on the couch! I was up early for about 20 min!

Well when needing to sleep on and get some rest make sure you don't take Cialis! PSL makes some damn good Cialis and when I take it I wake up all night long with a diamond cutter! And my woman already me don't wake her up for any nookie or she will kill me! Lmao
So if you wanna get up early and often take some Cialis
