I want to thank all of you who reached out to me to record a log on here. I hope y'all will learn something and maybe this could possibly help your girl friends, wives or romper wearing, beta snowflake males.

I was going to post one a while ago but I was so busy, all over the place and just inconsistent with everything - it would have been a waste. Now my head and heart are back in the game and it feels great.

Little background on me:

Bloods usually normal - Low Vit D, borderline thyroid issues but with recent weight loss its all most gone.

In my 20's I was a personal trainer and was going to compete with other trainers there. One in particular was going to be my training partner, I needed to put a little more muscle on my stature so he suggested I take these pills to help me gain muscle. Mind you, this is the 90's, we had no internet and I was young and stupid. Taking these pills I gained 25 lbs in 6 weeks, my voice changed, skin was oily, hair fell out and I had some (very mild) painful acne on my back. I come to find out that he gave me anadrol - so when you guys see me freak out and be paranoid about what I'm injecting in me... This is why.

All of that passed, I have successfully ran var and win with some incredible results. I'll post pics another time. I got into a 3 year long relationship, was head over heels in love and bye bye went the gym. After that fiasco, I was single depressed and didnt care about anything. I thought I was ready for a new relationship but I guess I wasnt LOL This next one nearly put me into the ground - it was horribly abusive (verbally, mentally and emotionally) and I gained weight 100lbs - yes 100lbs. I was 140 at my best (when I was going to compete) so now I was 240. Now, I really didnt give a shit about myself, and put on another 30. So, at my heaviest I dont remember seeing the scale more than 276 (who knows if I was more than that). I refused to let people take ANY pics of me.. I do have 1 though that I didnt even know it was me.

Being that heavy fucking sucks, everything hurts - hurts to breathe, move, walk, lay down. Interestingly enough, I never looked like those flabby fucks you see on the biggest loser, my adipose tissue was very dense and solid - almost like sumo wrestler because I used to eat A LOT at night. I had to make some drastic changes so I changed the way I ate... Long story short... cooking my meals and eating 2 hours apart - I lost 40 lbs and the more that came off the more I was motivated. I found BOP my chance and I read everything I could about gear again (it was a long time since I ran a cycle)....

Fast forward to 3/18/17 at 236 lbs - my ex told me "if you dont get your shit together, you're going to wind up on "my 600 lb life"" hating the person who made your life miserable for 3 years and hearing them say that, it was all the fire I needed to get back to where I was. On 3/19/17 - I started a NO CARB diet with the help of Private Labels Phen. That got me down to 208 - 210.


Sorry if I went on but the back story had to be told LOL

I'm not some pretty little porn star looking gym bunny, sorry to disappoint some of you LOL I've worked my ass off, blood, lots of sweat and LOTS of tears have gotten me to where I am now. I'm getting so close I can taste it.

So without further ado... here are the goods. I'm 3 weeks into my run, yes I should have done this sooner - I didnt think anyone would be interested in a female log.

Here is the cycle -
The NPP I had issues with, not the gear itself but I think I either didnt use a big enough pin or who the hell knows... But I STILL have hard welts under my skin on my delt. I try to massage it but it gets itchy as hell when I do. The dose I was using was 10mg so using a regular 3cc pin, there was nothing in the syringe - so I used slin pins. That's why I stopped the NPP - Now I'm pinning 50mg of win and 25mg of Primo E3D

Please guys if you think I should tweak it, let me know. I will be adding t3 and clen eventually. Probably the end of this week so I will update the grid.

For my food intake, because I still have around 30 lbs to go. I would like to be around 165ish - I'll be taking in 1880 calories.

235g of Protein
94g of Fat
63g of Carbs

I will carb cycle when its time. I used myfitnesspal for the first time today and it was pretty cool. I will back log a little with training and food this week.

This sodium count in this is WAY off LOL but the rest of the macros are pretty spot on.

Morning Fellas!

That's the Key... CONSISTENCY - So I finished my night off with

1 serving of Trader Joe's yogurt. 5.3oz it was honey flavored - threw it in a bowl. Put 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder in it which yields: 110 Calories, 0 fat, 1g carbs 27g protein. I added a 6 slices of banana and 1 tbsp of dark chocolate chunks.

I woke up this morning 2lbs lighter

Today is Back and Bi day :D

Here are the supplements and vitamins I take everyday. LOL the Colon Cleanse is for the Phen :D Another Phen run is right around the corner!

So we have BCAA's which taste like ass I hate the taste of the sweetner chemicals they put in shit now, so I have to cut it with powdered fruit punch gatorade. My "Shredded-AF" which is FIRE! Guys Steel Supplements makes some great products - this fat burner is awesome. Because I'm low in Vitamin D I take 4000iu's a day, 2000iu split am/pm, 1 B complex, Fish Oil am/pm, 1 baby aspirin because I have PFO with my heart. I have to be careful right now with what kind of stims I take, normally I can tolerate them quite well... but with the extra weight and my heart issue, I'll wait until I'm closer to my goal

In terms of gear today

10mg of var is on the menu. If I train in the morning, I do it fasted and have my post work out meal when I come home and get ready for work. Today IS my day off but I have to go in, duty calls.

Thank you guys for all of your support, this actually helps and holds me accountable to my goals.

Food So Far:

1 cup of coffee with 2 tbsp of grass fed salter butter - its fucking amazing.

I got BPI's BCAA's snow cone flavor... it's fucking horrible LOL I also cant stand the taste of acesulfame and that sucralose shit. I knew I should have got Xtend or something else. I'll definitely get what you recommended. I'm cutting it with powdered gatorade fruit punch to even tolerate it LOL

Man this shit is so good I was pounding 4-5 servings a day lol....didnt last me long. I get mine from supplement superstores, maybe you have one locally. Ours is a kick ass place and all the employees are certified trainers/nutrition specialists and alot of them know a thing or 2 about gear.

I took an extra 30 min to sleep. I'm sore as hell lmao

I've been cutting carbs again (no bread, pasta, rice, sugar - most fruit except berries and bananas) and in 2 1/2 days I'm down 5 lbs of water. The scale was going in the opposite direction because I did a few refeeds, so now we're back on track.

Having some coffee while I type this out. Its LEGS DAY!!!!!

I only had an hour to train because I was a lazy bastard and slept an extra 30 min.

So Leg Day was as follows:

I love to warm up with the leg press first and completely fatigue them, then I will hit quads and hams. I try not to do the same routine but the press, extensions and laying ham curls are staples.

This is my first time running Primo and first time running Win Oil - I used to run suspension Zambon / Desma amps. I'm looking forward to the changes.

So its exactly one month into my cycle. My strength has gone up (will make note the next go around of Chest, Tri's, Biceps and Back) my muscles themselves are almost rock hard and full, especially my biceps (which always feel like they are inflated and pumped) I'm starting to fill out a bit, I just have to lose the rest of this fucking fat LOL

Oh! I added 37.5mcg of T3

Working 0600 - 2030 - Right now I had some coffee with a few slivers of grass fed salted butter (try it, its delicious) some chicken thighs and a handful of cherry tomatoes.

Yesterday since I worked from 0600 - 2030 I had no time to train so I guess it was my "off day" I really needed some sleep too.

I've been taking 37.5mcg of T3 and I dont know if it was the combination of no sleep, my fat burner or what but my skin was on fire lol I was flush all day. We had next to no ac at work so I'm sure that didnt help. I had 2 slices of a fritatta that I made 2 days ago. Guys if you wanna different take on eggs, make one. I will post up how you make them in a few. But I really didnt eat or was hungry at work but more thirsty. So I had almost 2 liters of water.



Food Yesterday

2 slices of Fritatta & hand full of cherry tomatoes
1 Carnitas Salad bowl with extra chicken, 1/2 cup pinto beans, peppers, onions, tomatoes. No rice, No guac a little cheese

Today at the Gym:

Good work out your deffinitly strong. I work outside so I'm always in the heat the one thing that helps keep my appetite up is eating fruit throughout the day. Otherwise the heat will make me not hungry at all and of course stay hydrated. How high are you planning on going with the t3 or is that where your going to keep it?

Definitely would like to hear about the eggs. I make an omelet for bulking with a little of everything in it. Rice I found out goes great in an omelet.

Hey Guys! Hope you all had a fantastic Fathers Day !

Ok here's what I do for my Frittata:

You can search it on youtube, there are so many videos you can watch to see the cooking process because you dont want to burn it. You will see people use a ton of butter, oil and/or milk in their eggs. I just use a tiny bit of oil to coat the skillet so they eggs dont stick.

I use 7 eggs for myself because I'm the only one here eating it LOL You can use however many you like or egg whites you can gauge on how big your pan is.

You can use any kind of veggies you want:
I use asparagus, broccoli, peppers, mushrooms, onions and spinach (you can use potatoes if you want to get your calories and carbs in).
Chop up all of the veg into tiny pieces and saute them in the pan, make sure its all evenly distributed in the pan.
Now whisk all of your eggs and put your seasoning. I use pink sea salt, pepper, some garlic salt.
Now when the eggs are all whisked... pour them into the pan with the veggies and just stir a tiny bit and make sure the eggs coat all sides of the pan. When you start to see your eggs coagulate, you can sprinkle some shredded cheese on top of it. Your eggs will start to brown on the sides but the top will still be runny. You can either stick the entire pan in the oven (make sure you dont have a wooden handle on the pan LOL) or under the broiler.
after a few min, your eggs should be completely cooked through!

Its super delicious guys so I hope you make it and enjoy!

It keeps my appetite up and I work outside I always had trouble eating now I eat more fruit throughout the day and have no problem.

Work as been super busy and I'm starting to work 13 - 15 hour days so Im still trying to get some body weight exercises when I get home. One thing that I do that I love and really set my training off to get my stamina going are those Squat dumbbell lifts - its pretty much a full body exercise (you squat and when you're coming up from the squat you press the DB's up in one motion) I do 4 sets, 20 reps each with 10 lb DB's <---- its all I have.

But I'm headed out this morning to the gym. The last two days my diet has been all over the place and I'm annoyed at myself... But today is a new day right guys??

Back and Bi's today (Im supposed to be off today but I have OT 1200 - 1900 Im working)

I was going to post one a while ago but I was so busy, all over the place and just inconsistent with everything - it would have been a waste. Now my head and heart are back in the game and it feels great.

Bloods usually normal - Low Vit D, borderline thyroid issues but with recent weight loss its all most gone.

In my 20's I was a personal trainer and was going to compete with other trainers there. One in particular was going to be my training partner, I needed to put a little more muscle on my stature so he suggested I take these pills to help me gain muscle. Mind you, this is the 90's, we had no internet and I was young and stupid. Taking these pills I gained 25 lbs in 6 weeks, my voice changed, skin was oily, hair fell out and I had some (very mild) painful acne on my back. I come to find out that he gave me anadrol - so when you guys see me freak out and be paranoid about what I'm injecting in me... This is why.

All of that passed, I have successfully ran var and win with some incredible results. I'll post pics another time. I got into a 3 year long relationship, was head over heels in love and bye bye went the gym. After that fiasco, I was single depressed and didnt care about anything. I thought I was ready for a new relationship but I guess I wasnt LOL This next one nearly put me into the ground - it was horribly abusive (verbally, mentally and emotionally) and I gained weight 100lbs - yes 100lbs. I was 140 at my best (when I was going to compete) so now I was 240. Now, I really didnt give a shit about myself, and put on another 30. So, at my heaviest I dont remember seeing the scale more than 276 (who knows if I was more than that). I refused to let people take ANY pics of me.. I do have 1 though that I didnt even know it was me.

Being that heavy fucking sucks, everything hurts - hurts to breathe, move, walk, lay down. Interestingly enough, I never looked like those flabby fucks you see on the biggest loser, my adipose tissue was very dense and solid - almost like sumo wrestler because I used to eat A LOT at night. I had to make some drastic changes so I changed the way I ate... Long story short... cooking my meals and eating 2 hours apart - I lost 40 lbs and the more that came off the more I was motivated. I found BOP my chance and I read everything I could about gear again (it was a long time since I ran a cycle)....

Fast forward to 3/18/17 at 236 lbs - my ex told me "if you dont get your shit together, you're going to wind up on "my 600 lb life"" hating the person who made your life miserable for 3 years and hearing them say that, it was all the fire I needed to get back to where I was. On 3/19/17 - I started a NO CARB diet with the help of Private Labels Phen. That got me down to 208 - 210.


Sorry if I went on but the back story had to be told LOL

I'm not some pretty little porn star looking gym bunny, sorry to disappoint some of you LOL I've worked my ass off, blood, lots of sweat and LOTS of tears have gotten me to where I am now. I'm getting so close I can taste it.

So without further ado... here are the goods. I'm 3 weeks into my run, yes I should have done this sooner - I didnt think anyone would be interested in a female log.

Here is the cycle -
The NPP I had issues with, not the gear itself but I think I either didnt use a big enough pin or who the hell knows... But I STILL have hard welts under my skin on my delt. I try to massage it but it gets itchy as hell when I do. The dose I was using was 10mg so using a regular 3cc pin, there was nothing in the syringe - so I used slin pins. That's why I stopped the NPP - Now I'm pinning 50mg of win and 25mg of Primo E3D

Please guys if you think I should tweak it, let me know. I will be adding t3 and clen eventually. Probably the end of this week so I will update the grid.

Thank you so much Ski! Nah I think because I used the slin pin I didnt get all of the oil into the muscle... I felt like I did because I jammed the shit in there LOL But because I was only using 10mg of NPP EOD I couldnt inj it with a 3cc syringe so I said fuck it and started pinning the primo and win in one syringe. The lumps / welts from the oil are almost gone... thank God

Thanks Angie, I'm real excited as like you say, not too many women put themselves out there like guys do. I too will be rooting for you. One thing that has always interested me in people is how some people can gain and loose a tremendous amount of weight, one person their skin can go through those changes and when the body weight is down they look liked their zipped up in a floppy suit. Others can go up and down and their skin seems to stretch and contract with no problem. I know a lot of it is genetics, but I just can't help but wonder what supplements or techniques keep the skin so forgiving? Best of luck wishing you the best Mendo plus I'm 47 so I am here to learn

I thought that was odd when I read it at first, about the fruit keeping his appetite up because he works in the heat all day. But now I think what he meant to say was the fruit helps keep his calories up because it's hard to eat when it's hot. I am the same way too, the last thing I want to do is have a hot meal in front of me when it's hot, because I'll be drenched. You also said that you wake up drenched? Is it because your room is too hot or is it the T3? I can't sleep without a ceiling fan!

Lots of activity with my job so I've been working a lot and very long hours. So a little update for you all... the month of June, I didnt get my period. I had the horrible bloating and the feeling I was going to get it, but I didnt. Last time that happened where I didnt get my period, I was 9-11% Body Fat - I'm no where near that right now. So, either my estrogen has been blunted by the gear OR the Prime Win I am injecting had test in it. I am getting bloods done and I am absolutely asking my doc to do a hormone panel on me. I'm 42 so I dont think I'd be pre menopausal ( I know you guys dont know anything about this, and really neither do I LMAO )

I hope you all had a great 4th and I have the next two days off WOOHOO so I'll be able to get some good work outs in and food.

I'm really lucky I've never had PMS or anything like that, ie bad cramping or psychotic episodes like most women. I just get the bloat the day before and a TINY bit sensitive ( that things that normally wouldnt bother me bother me a little) and that's it. Its not overly dramatic or crazy - so I'm blessed in that respect.

Yeah I dont know what it is... even if my estro is bunted and my test is raised, I still would be able to pin point if it naturally occurred by the gear or the gear was cut. I guess I wont really know unless my test level are very high. I'm injecting 50mg of win E3D so... I dont know what kind of effect that would be if it was test?? So frustrating, other than that... I havent experience any other sides maybe more of my hair falling out? But I have really long hair so who knows.

Between yesterday and last night I lost 3 lbs of water so I'm back at 207, hopefully I'll stay on track and get under 200 in the next week. Still running 27.5mcg of T3, 10mg Var - I havent taken any of the sarms since I stopped my period because I'm trying to figure out what did it but fuck it, today I start again.

I know I havent been around and this has been the thorn in my side for the last year. Some updates... even though I'm not in the gym my weight and composition has been pretty much the same. I did buy a spinning bike bc I really need to get the rest of this fat off of me, I cant dedicate 2 hours in the gym that I would like so I thought doing 30 min when I woke up and time when I got back home before I went to sleep I could get some cardio in. I hate cardio lol

My diet has been all over the place so I have fluctuated 4 - 8 lbs this entire month ( I never should have started having cheat meals )

I am suspending my oils until after labor day ( I will still stay on 10mg of var to keep the gains I've made ) because again, I cannot dedicate myself to gym time, I will still do my workouts at home. I will start a new fresh cycle with my sponsored gear by Pharmacom.

I took pics of my legs lol I will post them up but the tinypic site is giving me issues. Hang tight.

I should be at least 10 lbs under 200 but I'm maintaining between 201 and 205 which is ok right now because my diet is all over the place. Two days I'm good, one day I'm bad.

LOL yes those legs can leg press nearly 500lbs and squat over 200lbs - they're the most responsive (and quick I may add) muscles on me. The growth of them has been incredible and they are rock solid. When I shed the extra 30 I'm holding, they'll be pretty shredded.
