The Foxx Autofil Filtration Unit: does it have a vacuum nipple? I don't see one. How does it work.
Would need to filter only 200ml.

Should I filter through 0.45um then
0.22um to eliminate the chance of the 0.22um
clogging before I am able to filter it all?
Or has anyone had success just using the 0.22um?
I would attach to glass media bottle.
