I am working out for 45,90mins depending on the gear I'm on, and body part being worked. Certain gears allow me to recover far better than others.

try to keep mine like 60 to 90 mins if bulking but prob like closer to 50 mins when cuttin due to more supersets. then obvs youd factor in how ever long you do cardio in there

45 to 60 also.

^ this...

It's "cold" here in Florida and for some reason I have more stamina in the gym, always happens in the winter so 1.5hours tops.

I'm always shooting for 1 hour but always ends up being about 1 1/2 hours.

"Studies have shown that after 47 1/2 minutes of intense weight training, your cortisol levels shoot up. This means that the longer you workout AFTER 47 minutes, the LESS results you will get and the more likely you will overtrain. So get in the gym, lift hard, stay focused, and get out."

Typically never more than about 45-1hr. But Im off work for a month now so its a littlw different. Cardio was a brisk walk with Sugar this am. We did 1.7 miles. Came home for breakfast, ran a few errands then pre wo and spent 10mins on elliptical to warm up, then 90mins on chest and bi's. There were only 2 older men in the gym and they never touched anything except 20lb db's. It was epic!! Going to go at the exact same time for the next month. The staff dont even bother coming to the free weight room bcuz there are only 2-3 people in there. Its like having my own gym.

im usually in the gym for 2.5hrs however 50 minutes of that is cardio.. and i work 2 body parts per session.. one large muscle group and one small.. and i never do two push or two pull groups in one workout so as not to over train the smaller muscle group...

I'm usually in for about 90 min or so. Depends on how I feel. I let my body tell me what it wants.

Depends on if I'm bulking, cutting, what muscle group, whether I'm doing cardio and if I feel that I hit my target muscle enough.
Usually 45-90 minutes pumping iron with upper body.
15-30 minutes of cardio (only when cutting).
60-120 minutes on my heavy leg days (with frequent stretching

I used to overtrain like crazy, like 2 hours a day, 6 days per week. Nowadays I try to plan my route through the gym before getting started, and keep it an intense 45-60 min, including abs. If just doing one muscle group, like biceps only, I'll be out in 30. Have had much better gains since making that change.

When I am eating at a surplus the weight sessions are from one to one and a half hours four times per week.

Between 60-90 minutes depending on what I'm working. That's without cardio and includes abs everyday. I also throw in four sets of calves almost everyday just to promote growth.

On HIT very short 35-40min. I try not to go over 45 min, I am a big believer in getting back to a anabolic state as soon as possible, however if cutting, I will up the rep counts and go to 60min.
