In one week I'll be on vacation and I will take a 9 day break because I've had a lot of aches and pains the past few months.

I walked like 7 to 10 miles a day while in NYC but today I started hitting the gym again!

Warm up - 5 min treadmill and 5 min elliptical followed by Tabata Intervals (as you know 20 sec of work followed by 10 sec of rest repeated 8 times)

Not too bad considering I slept only 4 hours last night (I'm jetlagged blah).

20 min stationary bike followed by 100 push ups, 100 lateral raises, 100 frontal raises, 100 triceps extensions (50 each arm) -- weights were very low so I could perform all the reps -- 100 dips between chairs and 200 abs.

I'm gonna take a day off tomorrow. I haven't been feeling well lately: I'm tired, I have no appetite, no strength and digestive issues.

I like shaking things up and remember that I'm natural which makes things a little bit tougher. Let's say that I'm not breaking a lot of PR but I haven't lost any strength in almost 3 years (since I stopped juicing).

My iron levels are really low right now and I've decided to stop lifting until I get back from my vacation (January). That doesn't mean that I'm slacking lol.

10 rounds for time of 10 pull ups, 10 dips, 10 squats, 10 sit ups. I finished in 12'39"18. I added 6' elliptical at the end of the workout to loosen up the legs that are a bit stiff after yesterday's leg workout.

I did Tabata intervals today (20" of work followed by 10" of rest repeated eight times). Shoulder press, pull ups, squats and sit ups. I did elliptical in between.

i played an hour of tennis after work. I have tennis again tomorrow. Not sure I will hit the gym during my lunch break. I feel a bit tired lately.

No gym until Tuesday. I work all day tomorrow and I will play 2 hours of tennis on Sunday and another hour on Monday.

I played tennis on Tuesday, Wednesday and yesterday.

Today I did a bit of shoulders (very light), wrist curls and dips. I'm looking for exercises that would improve my game (tennis). Any ideas?

I played tennis at 4pm but I was too tired to play well. I did a bit too much this week: I biked, played tennis and did some cross fit along with a lot of walking at work. I will take tomorrow off (I work all day) because I'm supposed to play 2 hours of tennis on Sunday.
