Hi all.
I been on my cycle for approximately 2 months now. 70 mg Prop a day, 50 Winny a day, T3 50 a day, anavar 75 a day, clen 80 a day two weeks on two weeks off, ECA when off.
Additionally I have made a decent transformation but alot of my friends who compete for npc and mens physique have told me I should increase my calorie intake to get leaner muscle but I am afraid I will get fat or lose my abs lol. Anyways I am doing 1890 Calories a day and want to increase to 2400.
40p/40C/40F or should i do 40P/40F/40C ??
Additionally I am thinking of stopping T3 to increase my muscle growth. Any help is appreciated Thank you!

26 yrs old
185lbs
10-11 % BF
Goal is to be at 7% BF but with lean muscle and strength 14515
