so i added up my calories and im not eatn enough to even preserve muscle while im tryn to cut down .... with my budget and schedule im sitn at 1700 a day. mostly meat ... i have my greens and sweet potatoes for carbs.. on wrkout days before and after wrkout i consume more carbs...... tryn to lean out but not eat so low calories... wut are some options as to where i can throw in more calories without raising my carbs so much?

More meats , peanut butter (sparingly) , eggs (whole) , cottage cheese , cheese , protein shake , oils

Peanut butter

P3 Protein snack packs (ham, cheese, almonds) is my favorite

I also like the frigo turkey and Colby jack cheese sticks...

If you can tolerate dairy (I can) ...

my plan is to cut lil fat but maintain wut i got.. im bout to start npp test and eq cycle .. would i def need more calories then to help aid in retaining muscle or will the gear help with that while i stay low cal?

let me put it this way..... when i do my cycle my main goal is tightning up and just lookn and feeln good and get that pumpd look ... im just worried on such low calories ima be pissn in the wind.. im sitn at 200 lbs now at 5'-11".. id say bout 18%bf roughly

You to a complete overall haul of your diet if you assuming yo re hormonally incheck aka you r thyroid function , that's a decent amount of bisyfst on little calories , something doesn't add up

You mentioned your budget. If money is tight try a protein sparing modified fast. McMaster University recently did a study where some participants were on a 40% caloric reduction but ate mostly protein. They found if you do this and lift you will retain your muscle mass and some people even gained muscle mass.

I'm on a budget as well , I mean if it were up to and money was no object I'd be eating filet mignon.

With that said eggs are cheap and I can usually find them on sale for a dollar a dozen , I can bargain shop my chicken around $2 /lb, You can find meat on gays usually about to expire for basically half off , you just need to buy it and cook that day or freeze it

Jasmine rice I can buy in bulk a 25lb bag for $15.. then I've hit a tilipia hook up lolol the joke that just won't die

I have three stores I'll just go and and walk around

this was last september i did only 200npp and 200testp per wk.. only 8wk run...50mgwinny tab a day last 3 wks.... and i def did prolly only bout 1800 cals a day. lot of fasted cardio...re feed on fri and sat with carbs. sitn at 185 there.. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170630/5a7b702658b36805198144357dfc9cc9.jpg

1: 6eggs/cup of lactose free milk
2:4oz chickn breast/broccoli
3:4oz pork chop/ fistfull of yams
4: can of tuna/broccoli
5: 4oz chickn breast
6:(pre wo) white and brown noodles w/chickn
7: (post wo) bout 30g of fast sugars and 30g protien shake
8:one more meal before bed bout the same as any other

on non workout days just cut that noodles and pwo sugars out

I think you are eating too often. Protein synthesis takes around 3 hours to run its course and then reset and be ready for another bout.

i hear ya but thats how my breaks at wrk fall for my 10hr shifts... every 2 hrs... and if i eat at 9 oclock break then skip 11 i wont eat till 1oclock... thats too long i feel or am i over reacting bout the every 3 hr meal bullshit
