Time for my TRT bloods...c

I have to set an appointment to get labs done for my TRT. I have only been taking the prescribed amount of Test-C. The only thing I've changed is I've split the dose into two pins a week instead of one.

They want me to do the bloods three days after my most recent pin. Will the numbers look acceptable if I pin .5ml on Monday as usual and then do the labs before I pin again on Thursday? Should I skip a pin?

Also I just started this week pinning 2iu of GH twice a day. Should I skip it on lab day? Any other suggestions?

I would skip the pin. If you're following their protocol, you would skip the pin. If you're hoping for more or that they at least don't lower your dose, you would skip the pin.

I wouldn't even fret about the GH unless they're testing for that specifically which is doubtful.

Thanks. You are correct, I just don't want them to lower my dose. I actually meant in addition to waiting until after labs to pin Thursday, would you suggest I skip the pin Monday prior to labs?

What I'm worried about is the fact that they just decided to lower what is considered the "normal" range for Test. I'm wondering if all these TRT clinics keeping guys like me at 1200 are gonna have to bump us all down to 900. I scheduled my test for tomorrow hoping to get in under the wire, if that is a thing. Maybe after this I won't have to worry about it for a while... thoughts?

i understand it they think u pin once a week and u do biweekly injections.

if i were u i would take the test before ur thursday pin. this will give u ur stable blood levels at ur lowest point. then pin when u come home. worst case scenario its a little low and u tell em u could use a higher dose\\\

Dammit. I got my TRT labs back and my T was at 1404 for some reason. All the other labs I've done said right at 1200. I know this dude is gonna want to knock me down...

Yea contrary to what some vendors will say to CYA when someone posts lower test results, cyp typically doesn't clear that fast but it was worth a shot. That's still freaking high for the dosage you're taking though.

Well hopefully they'll be under the impression you pinned relatively close to the test and that's the reason it spiked ;)

I really don't know why it was so high... I'm pinning twice a week instead of once specifically to try to avoid those crazy peaks and valleys and it was three days almost to the minute since my last pin.

I guess it's possible I looked at the wrong line when I was loading the pin...

While pinning twice per week will keep the levels more stable than once per week, there's still going to be some peaks and valleys. Play with that calc a little bit and you'll see what I mean.

I just got off the phone with the TRT doc. He's fine with leaving me where I am with the Test, but he wants to bump up the Anastrozole. Because of this change, I have another blood test scheduled for 12 weeks out. This will be right in the middle of the log contest/1st cycle I'm planning on starting September 1st-ish. When it gets closer to time I will have to figure out how to come down for the test...

We're all going to do what we want, but since my TRT doc told me it takes ~12 weeks to stabilize the injections I definitely prioritize the TRT over any and all blasts. I've come in high several times and have been lowered to 75mg/week as a result. I do get frustrated, but I'll live with the frustration to keep my TRT going.
