I'm currently taking both, for the same reason. Hcg 1000iu EOD, HMG 75iu EOD. I was just taking the hcg, with no luck so just added the HMG last month. Hope it works

Iv been taking hcg 1500ius 3x a week, for the past 4 weeks. Still nothing and off cycle 3 months now after 4 years on an off.
Had my first kid on my first cycle which was 500mg test e a week for 12 weeks

I was in same boat dude. Been taking hcg and clomid for over 6 months ( dr prescribed), was on trt plus some for 4 years. Gotta keep hope alive. I read great things about HMG, so I just added it. I had my first via IVF, so we are trying for number two naturally cause it cost so much.

If the HCG isn't working add the HMG. Did you get your swimmers checked?

I've heard nothing but good things about palumbos baby making protocol, I know he using both HCG and HMG in his protocol but I do not remember doses or dosing schedule

Honestly the best thing you could do if you're having trouble getting the wife preggers is come off whatever you're using even if it is doctor prescribed TRT

Insemination will only work if your swimmers are good. Test kills them, hcg, hmg improves them. I did IVF for that reason. Wife didn't want to wait for improvement which may or may not happen.

Doctor had me cut trt off completely. Even low doses can cause a problem, at least at my age, late 30's.

I just went threw this guys so here it goes i was on for long time running high amounts of test 750 while on 500 cruise dose when off plus other additional goodies we tried for 1 year no success.We went to fertility clinc my count was low but had motility which was good i went on hcg at 1500 eod for 1 month ,75 hmg ed stayed on low dose of test 250 every two weeks and was put on a product called fertal aid for 3 months 3 deposit count doubled motility went uo and was able to freeze five vials then my wife started her medicine protocol hmg, progestetobe etc within 4 mobths first invitro we are 13 weeks pregnant bro initro is way to go not insemination budfy did 3 of them wasted money 1 invitro he was prego bro
