Okay guys I'm going to add in some Atlas products to my bulk beginning of next week.So far my bulk has been good but haven't been running any gear to help put some major lean muscle mass for my bulk.So far I've only been running Watson Test Cyp at 100mgs wk,20mgs injected sub q M-F.Also I am running 10iu Hgh day with MK677 at 12.5mg and Mod grf 100mcg/GHRP2 100mcg twice a day.I Train 7 days a week and my Training sessions are very intensive around 3hrs a session.I wanted to Thank Atlas for letting me log some of there products to help achieve a very successful Bulk.I will be keeping this Log updated and hope anyone who is interested to follow with me through my Journey.Big Thank you to Atlas.I will be posting gear porn and laying out my plan when everything arrives.McKenna has been an awesome Rep to deal with very informative and knowledgeable thanks man.

Yes sir and I work in the Oilfield so a lot of 12hr work days.I am on job now lol.But tonight I'm going to be Training Shoulders so after training I'll post my Training.Diet is also going to be a big part of this log.I'm in a bulking phase so this week my calorie intake a day is set 7k cals a day.For background my maintenance is about 5k cals a day.Yeah a lot huh lol.But I'll be posting in here tonight Brotherhood.

Sorry for late post of Shoulders last night got out of the gym around 3:45am and was tired.Am off for the next week so Finally.Okay my food yesterday in a fast easy break down is yesterday was around 6500-7k cals,helps during bulk I drink ONs Serious Mass for my protein powder.Did 2 scoops,mixed bananas,strawberries and pineapple and used 16oz whole milk.Shake is 50g protein and supposed to be 1600 cals with water they are off a lil lol.But 1 shake like I made feels like you ate 5lbs of food in your stomach.Drank 4 of them yesterday on top of breakfast 10 whole eggs scrambled mixed with 1 1/2 cups oats,and 13pcs bacon.That's just breakfast 1hr later pound a Shake.I Drink 2 gallons of whole milk easily in a day during this part of my bulk.I eat 9 meals a day including 4 shakes so 5 food.I eat home cooked food most time don't like processed food.That's just a peak into my Food Intake.Today slept in been up taking care of things and now doing my log for my shoulder Training last night.Got to the gym right at 11:50 or so.Went straight to db shoulder press for warm up.Warm up 2 sets with 90#db than it was work time did 3 sets with 140#db,than 1 set with 160#got 9 and hit failure.Went to Standing shoulder press straight bar started with 2 plates (that's each side,always refer to on just one side) did 2 sets of 12.Added another plate(yes 315#s total) did 8reps break,did 6 reps break,did 6 reps break.Added a 25#plate did 10reps hit failure done.Was nice and pumped so stretched some then went to db raises.Start in the line at dumbbell rack,started with 15#s rep 10,next 25#rep 10 etc till got to 65# db rep 10,start over no break,go down the line and get 10 rep in all weights stopped after 65#,then again no break start over this time 8 reps on all.When got all weight in break.Really pumped streched some water etc.Last sets till failure on all except started at 65#db and went down on weight till I couldn't get 15#s failure.Break than cable flys heavy full stack for 10r did 3 sets.Dropped weight did 3 sets.Dropped weight 3 sets.Put back on full rack till failure 14reps.Break to stretch last time before last exercise Shoulder Shrugs.Use box with 4plates side do till failure repeated for 5 stets to failure.I was done,Shoulders were pumped and I was good.Go to change slam 2 muscle milks before change to dry shirt etc.Got to the house and was tired but needed last meal.Late meal usually smaller mostly protein and fast carbs.Ate 16oz Turkey breast 2 cups white rice and 12oz green beans.Finished relaxed and bed.I didn't incorporate any AAS or gh or peps timing in this thread.Will put doses,Hgh 10ius,Mk12.5mg,Mod grf/GHRP2 100mcg/200mcg times a day.Tonight is Legs for Training,this is my longest on training sessions.

Going to add my AAS to my bulk around Monday is my thinking,going with Test,Deca,Mast,Tbol but haven't decided exact doses and timing yet.Will be running Atlas Labs Test,Deca,Mast.Will get into that when time comes.I am a Bodybuilder but I lift Strength and Endurance.I am in the over 800# lifting category.Weight as of today is 307#s waking weight.

Ill try it again sooner or later, 1st try was the dropper...while on cycle, blew me up like a balloon at 25/day...just dropped it, the intense hunger was cool tho!!

Okay before I add any AAS and change doses I wanted to list my current PEDs and Timing.This will all change next week.But been on this protocol for around 5 months.
HGH-10iu day,split 5iu am when wake and 5iu pm when go to sleep ed, I Train close to bed so pin before bed.
Mk677-12.5mg pill bedtime ed.
Mod grf/GHRP2-100mcg Mod with 200mcg Ghrp,first around 9am 30min before meal,4pm 30min before meal ed.
Test Cyp Watson-20mg pinned sub q M-F am.
Cialis-5mg ed morning.Test is Dr prescribed.
That's what my normal PED use off cycle looks like.Will change up peptides or Mk to my needs.Also anyone who has never used GHRP2 That shit will make you hungry all the time,you will want to eat your arm off lol.Never full no matter how much you eat.This will be updated next week and adjusted to my cycle.

Okay Trained legs last night.Was a great training session.Sorry been busy as shit so first time on today.Lets get down to it.Got to gym around 10pm, I like to go after every one is gone.I have to Training bubbies with me yesterday in case need for spot or whatever.I warm up my knees on the bicycle no tension or anything just 15 minutes of peddling and bullshitin get all the blood flow going to my legs and knees ready.Start off with Squat.Start for warm up 2 plates repped out as many as can.I always do this 1. To warm up efficient 2.To make sure the up and I'm good see if knees are feeling it and no light headed.So repped out didn't count how many because that's not my work load.Than 3 plates for 25 reps just to feel my knees out a lil more and pump the fuck up.Now it's work time 5 plates for 3 sets.Than 6 plates for 3 sets.Last work load is my heavyweight load.Did 845# for 4 reps,was done for squats.Break to stretch and water.Next is leg press it's straight work loads doing drops.Start with 10 plates a side,and rep out til failure when in lockout the two guys each on a side drop a plate fast so I'm back to work I do this till 2 plates left and than break.Than I repeat process 2 more times.To give you idea I go knees to ears on leg press,And ass to grass on Squats.After the 2 it's break.Next is Sumo Squats use a 70# db and do 4 sets to squeeze.Than it's Lunges, I use dbs for my Lunges.Used 120# dbs and did 40 ft did 3 sets.Next was machine weights for quads and hammies.Did a lot of sets from low to high weight all about contractions.Than break before Calf's needed to stretch.Did weighted calf raises started out full rack did till failure.Lower weight 20#s and till failure.I repeated till only 40#s left till failure.Stretched by doing standing calf raises just bodyweight.Than repeated process again.After that did half rack till failure and than I was done for the night.To give you an idea it was 2:15am when finished.Both my guys training with me threw up a bunch of times from the intensity.I came close not going to lie.This is picture of legs after My Leg Training in locker room. Okay finally getting a log in early for my Training last night.Trained Arms last night so this one is pretty simple.Got to the Gym at 10pm and talked with a few members for a bit.I don't see them much as I go after closing to train,but last night got there a lil early to chat for a few.Okay that's out the way.I go to Triceps start with skull crushers use the curl bar weighted 5 different weights for drop sets 120#,100#,80#,60#, and 40#.I start with 2 warm up sets with the 60# 20reps each set.Than work sets, I'm drop setting with these so start 12reps of each.Start with 120# get reps,drop to 100# get reps,drop to 80# get reps til 40# I rep till failure. I repeat process with 10reps and do same.On last set each weight I rep till failure 8-10reps or so.Done with Skull crushers break for stretching have a nice full pump going.Next move to cables for Triceps.I use straight bar pull down,rope pull down,and single hand pull.I rotate between the 3 exercises for 7 sets of each,than done for Triceps.Move to Biceps for curling drop sets of heavier weight for this Training session normal rep out till failure.Do db curls also.Basic movements for Biceps.When done with Bi's I break to stretch and than I went to dips.Did weighted dips with 135#s of weight.Did 3 sets till failure.Done Training for Arms.I didn't get into to much detail on biceps because didn't Train as hard because Training Back tonight and I couldn't wear out my Bi's.Tonight will Train around same time, I try to stick to a certain time for Training based off Food timing.

Atlas rep. [email protected] it does everything it claims to at least.Sleep is pretty good but I'm a hard sleeper anyway.Think about it, it's a Bio Peptide that you can buy online from Nutrition stores,and it's pretty cheap.

[email protected] just find a good online Supplement company and prices are good.No Amazon or eBay if they have they are outrageous in price.I get mine $44 bottle but it's 200mg pills.Most are 100mg pills same price.Quality over quantity always, just happens the 200mg are high quality.Have only found 2 carrying the 200mg for under $70 bottle.Exact same bottle lol. I order 4 bottles at a time and run 3 pills 600mg day on Humanofort.

Trained Back last night.Was a good Training session for me went heavyweight again.I switch it out with my Training one week heavyweight less reps next week lighter more reps,just like to switch it up period.Started for my warm up Wide grip Pull ups body weight 15r 2 sets.Thsn weighted by 95# 10r,up weight 115# 10r,up weight 135# 9r, Up weight 155# got 9r.Take break and stretch.Than repeat process going down in weight from 155# to body weight all till failure.Repped body weight till failure.Back had good pump everything was work sets after.Mainly a normal Back Training Cable Lat pull down Wide grip,close grip,reverse grip,etc on machine's and cables.Deadlift I added in to Back last night since was feeling strong and good.Deadlift warm up I always do bent over straight bar pulls used 135#s on exercise did I set for 20reps get my back good for pulling.Did 315# for reps.Upped to 385# for reps.Upped to 535# for reps, Back and grip were on point.Went to 635#for 3reps,700# for 3reps.Break and stretch before last heavy pull.Pulled 774# Raw for 2 reps.Done Training.Last time I did Deads I stopped at 733#for 2,knew I had more so pulled heavier last night and next time will up weight but probably not such a jump.I pulled 744# Raw for 2 reps and went up smooth but I was spent.Didnt get to much into the other back stuff I trained because knew I was Deadlifting and didn't go to hard,went heavy but not balls to wall.I Do Deadlifts on Days I decide I'm feeling it, It's go hard or go home when Training.Going to be Training Chest tonight. I'm still eating around 7k Cal's a day for this week.Not to descriptive in my eating because I'm eating a lot to bulk.High Carbs,Fats and Protein.Eating Nutritional but eating a lot.Some times not so great but mostly Nutritional.I am consuming around 650 grams protein day,Carbs are extremely high and fats are high but not as high as carbs and protein.I can burn through food on a normal basis so with HGH and peps involved burn through it s lot faster.So what might be a lot to some is not to a extremely high metabolism.I will be getting up around 9500 Cal's a day in this bulk.I am lean bulking so bf % isn't going over 12%.Just adding quality lbm and pure muscle weight for when I cut down.

Okay guys Chest Training last night, let's get down to it.Started Flat bench, for warm up 1 plate for 30 reps,than 2 plates for 30 reps no break.Chest felt good had a pump coming on so it's work sets time.Did drop sets,started at 4 plates 12rep than drop plate,did that until 1 plate and repped out.Break stretch.Did again 4 plates drop set to 1 plate but 10reps than 1 plate rep out.Last drop set on Flat bench Did as above but repped till failure on all 4 weights 6-12reps.Break for stretch.Also do have 2 people Training with me so drop sets plates are pulled on lock out.Now Flat bench dbs, going for weight so 200#dbs it is Yeah Buuuuuddddy.Did 3 sets,12reps.Break stretch. I'm fucking pumped was feeling very good.Incline Straight bar,5 plates for 3 sets 12reps.Break.Now Incline dbs same 200# dbs did 3 sets 10reps.1 set till failure at 9 reps.Moved to decline bench, figure take advantage of my spotters,made sure they liked me still first lol.Did Straight bar 5 plates 3 sets 10reps.Guess they liked me I'm still alive lol.Went to cables did some nice high volume contractions. Did 5 sets.Was pumped as shit felt really good,moved some good weight.Last thing was Weighted dips working them triceps.Did weighted 145# 3 sets till failure.Training session was over.Took 3hrs 45min on that Training session.Also I don't play around when Training so rests and breaks are very short.I was spent gave 100% so was happy.Both people Training with me one guy one girl.Girl is actually jacked as shit 5ft5 185#s muscle.Full on 6 pack.Its a girl I grew up with and been training for years.They got theirs also they were done and hurting.But just Fucking killed it.

Update on any pip if you would.Okay did my first pin in Glutes.Always do a new product in Glutes just to see.I pinned in 1 pin 3.75ml with a 25g by 1 1/2 inch pin.Went in very smooth no PIP at all.Massaged the area for a few minutes do with all my pins.No knot nothing.Will report back in morning see if any lump or anything.Doubt it as smooth as it flowed and didn't feel anything.Also I mostly have someone advanced in pinning Pin me so it's a steady pin and much easier on me.Big Guy I'm very Flexible but not that damn Flexible.So far very Happy with Atlas presentation was 10/10, communication was 10/10,and product so far is Same as far as pin goes.

Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkI use 150mcg of T4 to supplement my HGH use.My pre workouts are Test Suspension,Test and Tren base Nasal Sprays,Vicaine just started recently and will use ECA stack all depends on how I'm feeling I switch them up every workout.Or just Caffeine by itself.All depends on how I'm feeling. I don't use traditional pre workouts Caffeine pills are cheaper.But no lathargy from the HGH or Mk-677 anymore that left a long time ago.
Anadrol and most orals give me energy.Only oral I've ran that gave me lathargy is Anavar.

I started lifting at 13yrs old nothing big just liked doing it.My older brother lifted so he let my workout with him.I was also playing Football for my School.When I turned 15yrs old I got really serious about Training.I got big fast.By the time I was 16yrs old I was 220#s 10%bf and was really into playing Football for my Highschool.I was Varsity first string all the way.Gotta think I am one of the biggest definitely the most powerful and fast guys on the field.So I have been Training Hard N Heavy for 9 yrs now.

Nice good luck on the procard some people genetically just have that ability to pack on weight....but also with your food intake that makes a huge difference...I'm hoping I get a job I'm trying to go for if I do I'll have a bit more of a schedule that will give me time so I can train properly for getting on stage

Is that Vicaine ?No Vicaine is a Supplement that has opioid effects,focus, energy,a lot of good shit lol.The Test Base Nasal Spray and Tren Base Nasal Spray are actually like Suspension water based but no PS 80 use different chemical to suspend so can do as nasal spray.Pretty cool huh.Works better to me than injection and you don't inject it.You can't inject it because what makes it suspend isn't meant to be injected.Yep Gotta love Texas,born and Raised Proudly.

Okay guys Trained Legs last night.Was aimed more at high Reps and Intensity.Yes the Volume of weight is still up there but when growing you have to Train to Grow not Maintain.I kept my Leg Training almost identical to last time except didn't go for a Max on Squat.On Squat highest I went was 567# for 25reps.Leg press dropsets just more sets, Lunges was same but more reps.Everything was pretty much same just more sets and rep's if everything.Only big change was weight in Squats.Yeah this one is not as detailed but you have the idea of my Training Session.Just been really busy today and wore the hell out, that's why today's log isn't as Detailed.Im getting everything ready to get back to work starting Thursday for 3 weeks on.Tonight I'll be Training Back so will update tomorrow on my Training for tonight. I am in straight BEASTMODE for the rest of my Bulk.On Monday will be upping my food intake by 500 Cal's a day. Okay Trained Back Last Night went very well. I'm getting higher reps in this week on my Training so skipped Deadlift last night but added in a bunch of bent over db and bb rows in this time.Always start out with my warm up Wide grip Pull ups body weight.Went for 5 sets of 15reps.Than weighted by 120# for 3 sets 12reps.Next Lat Pull downs did 8 sets of 25reps 3/4 stack,so 290#s.Did reverse grip same.Break for stretch.Did Bent over Rows BB with 185#s 5 sets 15reps.135# for 4 sets 20reps.Than db Bent over Rows.90# db 6 sets 20reps.Break stretch.Last had someone stand on Bar and loaded 9plates on one side used close grip from cables to grap bar.Did bent over rows till failure from 9-1plate.Restack and repeat 9-1plate till failure.Done for Back Training.Had a great pump and was wore out good Training session for me.
Okay Pinned again this morning my Mix of AAS except split to 2 shots one in each Delt used 27g 1inch flowed very Smooth and Zero PIP. Massaged out as I do on all oil pins.Still no soreness of anything good to go.Anadrol did my daily split 25mg am 50mg 30min pre workout.Feeling good.

Ragnor, u use 27-31 for glutes ?That's fine it's the length to make sure you go IM and not Sub q on the pins.I hit Triceps, Lats,Delts,Quads etc. I pin in every muscle that's safe for me to pin.Glutes are a good place but I like to rotate because of building scar tissue.

Okay Smashed Shoulders last night pretty much stuck to my last Training session except I upped the reps on everything.Did same weight just pushed more reps out.Went very well shit still sore. This is a shorter one today was on and off being back at work about to leave now to Train Arms just waiting on my girl to be ready so we can leave.Wanted to explore the Board a lil more today and ran out of time my bad on that.Have to be back to work at 5am so not going to sleep much tonight Fuck it lol I'll pass out in my Truck at work tomorrow for a nap. I'm back on 3 weeks before I'm off again but that will not affect my Training, I have never let it before and am not going to let it start now.Will say I'm enjoying the Board a lot of good people on here.My Cal's are going up 500cals on Monday.Im in full BEASTMODE for this bulk.Was going to compete in December but really focused this year on adding stage weight.And decided to compete I believe in end of March.My Last Competition I took First and Over All weight on Stage was 265# so going for around 285# on stage at my next Competition.Will take that one Also than I'm going to be ready to go for my Pro Card.I do all this to accomplish my dreams.So when I'm training and having to this or that Believe I'm giving my everything and than some.I can't miss a Training session or a meal, I have to and love to do this. I'm very proud to be a Bodybuilder and Compete.And in September I'm going to add Insulin in to my protocol,and I'm not talking about a few is here or there I'm going to come out the gate as I always do Hard as Fuck.So if your following this Yeah in for a hell of a Ride on this one.Thanks Atlas Labs,and McKenna for giving me this chance to log my Journey with y'all.And thank you Brotherhood for allowing me to log my path to being a Pro Bodybuilder.

Okay Pinned my Third PIN this morning did in Left quad all in one PIN and no PIP or soreness at all. I'm really enjoying how smooth Atlas Products are.Very good. I'm running my own Anadrol right now but will be starting Atlas Labs Anadrol by Monday so that will be interesting. I will keep that update ready.
Add that my pin was 27g by 1inch and massage area after PIN as always.Not knot or anything.

Is there a preference for liquid orals ?Depends if I can't get scored tabs with a line to break witch is Pharma usually I like Liquid Orals.I can pick whatever dose I want to dose at a time.I try if pills or tabs to always get 5mg or 10mg because I can dose my way.Anadrol I was running before was Pharma I could split to 25mg.Now on Atlas Labs Adrol and really liking it alot.That says a lot when going from Pharm to not Pharm products.So Atlas is definitely on top of there game.Tastes good as shit to want to drink the whole fucking bottle at once lol.

Okay I Pinned my 4th Pin this morning of Atlas Test E,Mast E, Deca and was very smooth as usual I hit my Lats right underneath my Arm pit, only place I could reach on that.Was going to do 2 injections but said no pussy boy bullshit ( honestly gear has been very smooth so lol) and hit my Left Lat with a full barrel 1 PIN with a 27g 1inch and flowed like water.I have had No PIP at all so far. I am very impressed with Atlas Labs, draws no problem,Pins very smooth,and Zero PIP. Can't ask for better than that on Pinning. Can tell Test is kicking in pretty good it's been exactly one week.Mast E is starting to shine on working it's Magic.Deca I'm not prone to the sides at all as long as I keep Test Levels on point.I have all my ancillaries on hand but only started my Arimadex at .5mg e3rd day will change after week 2 is over to EOD.Anadrol is a Beast from Atlas running my 25mg am 50mg pm protocol and it's doing it's job. Aggressive and full of energy.And great Pumps in Training.Next Round will be Coupled with Dbol also end of my Bulking Stack.Im going 18 weeks total on Bulk...First 5 weeks Oral,and last 6 weeks Oral.I am putting my Food intake down even with the Heat NO PSIN NO GAIN.Today I'm bumping my Cal's up 500cals a day, it's Fuckin GROW TIME. There are 4 main factors in a Bulk,
1. Food Intake
2. Training
3. PEDs
4. Recovery
I am running on fumes right now lol, I did get away and was going to do back but it was time to Switch up my Training a lil so went with Shoulders.Had an awesome Training session,had I guy in the Gym when I got there and he was just getting there too.I asked him what he was Training and he said he just wanted to get a good pump in,he was probably 18 not big but strong.Of course he's asking me the 1000 questions because of my size.I told him if he can Train with me every day while I'm in this area on my watch so I can have a spotters I'd teach him proper form and advanced Basics so he agreed.He was a big help last night and hopefully he'll be there tonight for Arm's.Gotta Pay it Forward Guys.You Tube has a lot of these younger guys thinking Gear is a Magic Postion to be huge.Well that's it for now but when have time will update my blood work and post.

Okay I for the First Time in 9 years took off from Training Last Night.Besides when had surgery and couldn't Train, I mean just took off so I could test and let my body have a break.Slept good last night feeling 110% now, I had that drained Feeling and it was just getting worse so said Time Off for 1 night to Recover.Now tonight I'm going to go Train Chest after my shift.I think with the High Intensity of my work and Training and not sleeping enough I'm going to take 1 day off every 2 weeks to Rest.Been up since 4:45am and working just wanted to throw in this update this morning while I had time.I will be posting my bloods from before for 7/05/17.Just to show where everything was before starting any cycle.I will post bloods on cycle after 4 weeks on cycle and try to do every 4 weeks till cycle is over, that's the plan.I upped my Cal's yesterday and am eating like a horse, definitely getting in my Food Intake Goals.Will be back on to post later.Trying to keep this Log updated as much as possible for myself,Atlas Labs, and Y'all the Brotherhood of Pain.

My first prep I had a total CNS exhaustion. I was so amped up and excited I was training and doing cardio every day and intense as hell no bullshitting. One day I went in to do legs and first thing I noticed was felt uncoordinated unracking the bar. Then I literally could come back up with the bar only. Had been 25 days straight of training

Something about sleep apnea I dont buy...has anyone ever really died from this ? Actually stopped breathing and died ? I doubt it, the body knows what to do.
Just my own opinion, no offense to anyone... but just something not natural about wearing a mask or other contraptions, to sleep. If one is not sleeping well, theres a reason and I just dont believe its because one stops breathing 28 times a night. Im not disagreeing that pushing air down your airway wont help u sleep better, but its just not natural. This was unheard of so many years back, and now the last several years, everybody has sleep issues, "sleep apnea", etc...doesnt add up.
For me anyway, no way I could wear that thing and sleep, Ill deal with it or figure out a another way. I had sleep issues for a few years recently, wore my ass clean out...made a change in my life....been sleeping better most nights...in fact, waaaaay better than I used to.

Brother sleep apnea will kill you slowly, just as having elevated blood pressure will kill you slowly. It makes your heart work un necessarily harder than it needs and impairs sleeping pattern. I would say 99 out of 100 people who wear a CPAP to bed will tell you it changed their lives for the better

The issue is that we as a society my have become just too freaking fat plain and simple and it's a huge risk factor for sleep apnea. Whst is like a third of Americans are over weight and another third are obese ?

Long time ago, read an article about a guy named Chuck Sipes...spent 10 yrs in the gym, 7 days/week. This mutha was jacked too, like yourself.
I believe the body adapts to an incredible amount of pain/trauma, stress, etc. Most healthy individuals can adapt to this just fine, especially young men. The body "finds a way" to heal, and does it well. Im sure an occasional day off definitely doesnt hurt though....but if it aint broke...bang it out until it is!!

All is good Today I'm busy as hell at work. I Pinned my normal pin this morning. Pinned in my tear drops on my legs did 2 separate pins to split the dose did each leg. No PIP as usual very happy with Atlas Products. Test and Mast are really starting to shine. My Strength is going up really good as everything is stabilizing out. My Training has been going very good. Overall very happy with how everything is going in my Bulk. Food intake even in this heat is easy to get down. I'm going to wait another week and than I'll add in another 500cals a day. Staying lean while putting on Weight, can't get no better than that.

I hear you on the anadrol man. Gives me crazy strength and aggression in the gym. I usually run it the first 3 to 4 weeks then sometimes the last two weeks of a cycle to finish strong.

Outstanding bro. Seems like more men are using orals beginning and end of cycle, the "bookend" approach. Definitely works well for me with Anadrol. Have never tried combining Anadrol and Dbol. Definitely something to think about.

Okay I'm back in my Home Town finally needed at the shop for my job to finish up some work I was doing. I'm running on 3hrs sleep had to Train extremely late last night slept 3hrs and was called back early. I'm taking off till Monday from work but got up and drove over 6hrs to get home today. Didn't feel like waiting to get back lol. Training has been going very good, I'm extremely pleased with my Bulk this year so far. Putting on quality Stage weight and working on my Areas that need Improvement. Now that I'm home I can see my waking weight tomorrow morning and I'll post. Going to get some Rest before Training tonight, running on Fumes right now. I am going to touch on my Daily Macros soon in this log just honestly pounding 98% home made good quality food. But there will be a section I do on all that. McKenna gave me the idea to start this log on here so wanted to Thank him and Atlas Labs for this.

Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkYeah I use EFX I-Rush 475 for my glucose disposal Supplement, it's as close as you can get without actually Pinning Insulin. I use the Serious Mass for the everything that's in it also it's very good for Calories uptake. It's a good additional Supply. I try to eat most if my Protein that I can in a day through whole foods. On the Testosterone I will do not add that in my total Test intake on the log. But I only use the Test base injection or Spay maybe once a week only if I need that boost. I don't use all to often on Pre workout it just depends on my goals for that Training Session. Now if I'm doing 50-100mg day of the Test Base on daily basis I do add into my total Testosterone uptake.

Forgot to add earlier my waking weight was 312#s today. I'm gaining Lean Mass nicely and up to par on my Schedule so far. Trained Shoulders last night. I'm going to stick to High Intensity, High Volume Training for the rest of my Bulk. Body is tuned for it so I'm not going to rotate from one to the other. I'm going to get more into my Macros and I'm shoveling down for food intake in another post. Give just an idea last night's Pre workout Meal was, 16oz Lean Turkey Breast, 2 Large Sweet Potatoes with real butter, 10oz fresh Green Beans with a 1 Quart of Whole Milk. And of course I put together my own drink of Amino Acids, BCCAs etc for my Pre workout. I will also get more into a daily Supplement list but it changes as I grow so will do a base line. Enjoying Atlas Labs Products very much so far. Really surprised at how strong the Anadrol is, very happy with that. Not over dosed strong but on point with the pharma Anadrol I was running. Next week will be my third full week of Pinning and bloods will be stabilizing. Feeling really good all around have Insane Training Sessions just Overall happy with how everything is going.

I plan everything way in advance and make sure everything is to Par with what I'm trying to achieve. This Cycle I'm running now for my Bulk I planned in January wrote out everything to a T. I will spend weeks writing programs for my Diet and Training with cycle. I've been behind on here just busy with life but it's all good. Going to catch everything up soon.

Okay been busy so this is for yesterday Monday July 7th. I bumped my Cals up another 250cals a week, I'm burning fuel like no tomorrow. Very satisfied with that I had to bump cals up a lil earlier than planned, with the heat and everything eating through my Fuel. Very happy because now I'm creeping ahead of schedule, staying pretty lean and the Strength is way up there. Gains are coming on solid and fast. I Pinned my Mon Pin did in 1 shot to Rear left Felt and was Smooth as usual no PIP at all. I like to move my Injections around as much as possible don't want any un wanted site growth, gotta keep everything proportional for when I Prep to Stage Weight. I'm still going to get a Macros and Daily Nutrition added into the log very soon. I appreciate Everyone who is following this Transformation as it's what I'm doing to get my Pro Card. Will be adding Insulin into my Regimen in beginning of Sept for my first time ever using. Have a Solid Protocol down and that will be my Game Changer in my Lean Bulk. Both of them are on line Coaches I just was lucky enough to know them since I was lil. My Nutrionist is family, just so happens he's a Top level Nutrionist, he Is Worlds Strongest Mans Brian Shaws Nutrionist also.He don't live in my state so we do email and phone. But he does come in to visit and access me personally. The I-Rush 475 I do Pre Training 2 caps with my Pre workout shake. On the IGF Lr3 no I bought and tried to run injected it and it was bunk,and from a Top Supplier so I don't bother anymore trying to get that Legit.

It's been working very well at the Protocol I am using with it. On the IGF LR3 man I was disappointed in my experience with it. Did a goal of 2 injections from 2 different bails and both gave infection from bacteria growing in it means bad shit. Sad part I spent bank on a 10 vial kit to try. I threw it in the garbage I was disappointed, so never tried again. On the I Rush 475 I wouldn't recommend taking it more than once a day Pre training to anyone. I've done it several times a day and once a day, and benefits for me are the same. Wanted to clarify I do take Metformin for Insulin Sensitivity. Guys your going to run HGH long term need to keep your Insulin Sensitivity up, HGH will desensitize you.

I've been planning starting Insulin in September for a long time now. Have my exact Protocol laid out already. I'm going to jumping into Insulin head first not going to be Micro dosing the 3-10iu to start isn't in my Protocol I'm going to start hard and heavy.

Okay Pinned this morning still easy to draw and Pin. No PIP at all. I'm going to elaborate PIP to me is when other the injection feeling anything there's no PIP, if it stays sore or lumped up it's PIP. I get blood sometimes and usually don't but it happens I don't list any of those tiny details in a Pin Review because that's part if sticking a needle into my body. I pin 6 times a day between everything I'm running, so I look for something out of the ordinary when Pinning. It's Monday and only have a few more days till off time from work. Going to get things on here caught up. Overall my Bulk is going great. I'm getting the heavy intense Training in and having no problem with getting my Calories intake in even with the heat. Everything is kicked in nicely now Deca can tell strength is going up so very pleased. I'll post a pic soon of Progress, weight is going up nicely while holding very low body fat.

Most the time I don't feel the injection even it bleeds some, just all depends on where I'm Pinning. Atlas Labs products are definitely very Smooth no doubt. Flows through a 29g Pin no problem. And I don't need to make Atlas look better his Products speak for themselves, they are top notch. I recommend Atlas Labs to everyone. Alright Alright Alright lol. Okay been behind on this log due to Work and Training but after tomorrow I'm off for about a week so can due my log right. Pinned my M, W, F, Pin and all went very well as usual so gtg. I'm going to be getting Bloods done in 2 weeks so everything is Firing how it's supposed to. After Bloods if everything looks good I'm Upping my Test E and Deca doses. Test E Currently 1050mg wk going to up to 1250mg wk. Deca Currently 750mg wk going to up to 1000mg wk. That all depends on where I'm at on my Blood work. Training and Food Intake are still going very good Training really Heavy with high Intensity. I'm getting all my Cals in a day so happy about that. I'm currently at 8k Cals a day and am staying there till at least Mid Sept or more. Growing very nicely so keeping My Food Intake where it's at until I need to up it. I'm doing 7 meals a day now and makes good for the Cals I'm consuming I'm ahead of my Projected Schedule so very happy with everything. Will be more active on my off time to get this Log where I want it. Appreciate Everyone who us following Thank You.Want to that McKenna and Atlas Labs for without them I wouldn't be sharing my Log.

Okay Today is my first Day Off from Work finally. Going to be off about 7 days or so. Have been Training Every Day, haven't taken another Off Day from Training till Today. No Training tonight today is going to be my Relax Day. Have been Training Heavy and High Intensity still, Killed Chest last night and still Sore. I'm going to run the Anadrol for at least 1 more week. I'm making great Gains and Strength, Healing Time is way up. I'll drop the Anadrol in a week or 2 depending on how I'm feeling on it still. After certain Point it'll make me not Hungry and Hinder Gains so I'll drop as soon as I feel that coming on. Still getting all my Food Intake in no Problem even with this 110° heat with 90% humidity. Will up my Cals again Monday by 125 Cals a Day. Right now adding in slow and Steady not Having to force feed, I'm burning through my Cals very Fast so happy with that. I'm going to Post a waking weight Tomorrow. The Deca is in Full Swing and I'm Loving it. After I get Bloods Done and see where I'm at I Plan on Upping my Test E and Deca doses a lil bit. Very Pleased with Atlas Labs Products they are definitely on Point. McKenna thanks man you are a Great Guy and Awesome Rep, very helpful and Easy to Deal with. I'll be posting more Tonight I just woke up for the Day, had to Catch up on some Much Needed Sleep. Wanted to Add I went for a New PR in Bench Last Night, Was 610# by 2 Raw powder only. Love last Night got 622# by 2 Reps Raw powder only wide grip and Full Lockout and Pause. So very happy with my Strength Increase.

Okay loving my time off from work finally. Going to Train Legs Tonight. Today's Pin went as usual no PIP AT All. Very happy with Atlas Labs Products. I always stuck with the same Products from my Source for years now but gotta say this Gear is on Point 100%. I'm only using other Products he doesn't carry. My Strength and Recovery time is just Awesome. Putting on weight without upping BF%. Might try and get Bloods this week, but most likely it'll be Next Week. I'll update tomorrow BOP heading out To Kill It.

Alright have a lil time to get on here to post. Want everyone Following my Log to take A Moment of Silence for Dallas and send Prayers to his Family. Dallas was a very nice guy, always willing to help in any way. He was one of the Few Bodybuilders that was very down to earth, he always was yes sir and and yes ma'am. I'm going outta town tonight for Personal reasons so not going to be be able to post much the next few days. Will say I Smashed Shoulders Last night and just got Back from Training Arms today. Pinned my normal Pin this morning Smooth as always. Really enjoying Atlas Labs Products they are definitely on Point. I've gotta take a shower and eat, everything is ready to go. Monday Fun day BOP. Today I upped my Test E and Deca as scheduled, and off the Anadrol so using Caffeine pills for my Pre workout. Pinned Smooth as Butter as usual no PIP so good, volume in Syringe went up but still good to go. I'm taking a Break from Training Tonight it's about that time so gonna do it. Going to get another Progress pic posted soon, waking weight this morning 318.6#s. Gotta remember I'm staying very Lean so Bf% hasn't Changed putting on quality Muscle weight. Will be back.

Already tested to see what going Hypo feels like, that wasn't to fun but Definitely needed so now I know what to look for and my mind can't play Tricks on me about it. Went to my Dr and got a quite a few Scripts, Insulin Included. Don't ask how just gotta know People lol.

Keep orange juice and honey on hand, cuz you know that going hypoglycemic can happen quickly. For sure you know what you're doing. I have a bit of experience running slin, but for my current goals have no more plans to. I do remember a few occasions when I was running it, that even drinking 100gr of simple carbs still going hypo bad and pulling myself out of the hole with honey and OJ. You're looking huge in the photos you've posted so will be interesting to follow your progress on slin.

You're a big dude so you can handle 20iu. If I'd banged that much at once I'd be taking a dirt nap. I was only using 9iu at 220lb. Going hypo sucks, but if you run slin you just got to stay on top of your carb intake.

I want to again Thank Atlas Labs and McKenna or I'd never really posted just watched Honestly. But glad I didn't. Also BOP for allowing me to Post My Log in this great Forum. And guy's anything you ever want to Ask me on this Board in Open or PM always feel free to do so. I get a lot of PMs with Questions and I don't mind answering any of Them.
