Hey everyone. Just wanting some help with my first clean and t3 cycle to shred before I go on cycle. I know to start t3 at about 50mcg per day because of your thyroid and clean at 20 per day but do I need to taper off either of them? Can I do 2 weeks on clean 2 weeks off and keep running t3? What is the most effective way to do this? Thanks heaps!!
