As you may have figured out, I'm inspired by the Hound off of game of thrones. This will be my training and diet log going forward. I'm doing this more for me than anything. Stay posted and I'll give stats and first workout shortly. Off to the gym!

Worked out bi's and tri's last night. Tricep rope pull down warm up set of 30 4 working sets to failure 8-10. Db curls to failure 4 sets of 8-10 skull crushers 5 sets of 6. Slight elbow soreness. Preacher curls 4 sets to failure 8-10 straight bar tricep cables 4 sets 10. Hammer curls 4 sets to failure 8-10. Cardio for HIIT for two miles sprint at 11.5 walk at 3.5 1 minute intervals. That did it for the workout. Legs tonight

Alright, back from the gym. Started with sqwats, started with 1 plate warm up set of 20. Went to 185 4 sets 10 225 4 sets of 10 275 4 sets of 5. Maybe 1 minute of rest in between sets. That being said I'm recovering from a right acl tear and hamstring graph. I'm nowhere near 100 percent and I know my legs are weak. Went to leg press 5 sets of 8 with 5 plates on each side. Went straight into rehab lifts for right knee. Did single leg hammy curls 5 sets of 10 only right knee. Right leg quad extension 5 sets 10. I'm feeling great by now. Decide to hit my cardio. Started with light jog on treadmill. Worked my way up to 9.5mph and went back and forth to 7.0 ran for 30 minutes. Finished 3.4 mile(treadmill). That was the workout. Food wise my macros were

I stole my meal plan almost exactly from JOKO
Had Protein shake in the AM, Chicken Breast with eggs for lunch, protein shake pre workout, chicken and eggs Post workout

Now for my background, I was a good highschool athlete. 6'3 215 in highschool. Got out and got fat. I got up to 270, I never was into lifting. 8 months ago I found this board and it has been life changing. I'm off cycle and sitting at 235 fresh outta bed. BF%14. For me lifting is life now. In the gym everyday. I'm hoping this board and log keep me motivated to never go back, and never be satisfied.

I've taken the last few days off because of a horrible case of bronchitis. I'm gonna try and hit chest tonight, but I am still hacking nasty shit up and am low on energy

Long story short, went to the gym and had the worst workout I can think of. Couldn't breathe. Everyone was doing arms and chest do I did legs. I also have no appetite and am down 8lbs since getting sick

Hit back today, still very congested and lethargic. Started with Lat pull downs 4x15 then dBRows 4x10 Deadlifts 4x10 BBrows 4x10 pull-ups 3x8 Cardio was 30 min walk on treadmill. Can't wait to breathe again. Diet was great today, nailed my macros
