hello hey friends
i want some help regarding the workout and eating guide. kindly help me
i am 5.8 with 155lbs. i am looking for lean muscle body. so plz guide me some weight lifting routines and exercise with suitable nutritions and supplements.

Try push/pull/legs and eat meats/clean carbs/ good fats! Good luck!

Get to the gym a minimum 4 times a week. Write down your lifts. The following week try to increase those those lifts , you sound relatively new to the game , progressive overload is how we grow. The simpliest way especially when starting out is to try and get stronger in the 8 yo 12 rep range
