hi friends!

i want to build lean body so i would like to start a hybrid training workout, composed of strength, hypertrophy, and endurance. My question is, how long should each training phase last? and is it ok for lean body?

It can last as long as you want. Just remember hitting the same body part over and over during a training session is redundant since each muscle only holds a certain amount of energy. Once the glycogen is depleted you are training that muscle sub-optiomally.

Have you looked up DUP workouts? Maybe you can use one someone else made.

Also, are you well trained. If not DUP training will be a waste on you and you can grow better on a more simple program and save DUP for later.

How much exercise time do you have, what is your diet, how many times a week you learn, how much do you weigh?

daily i can give rougly 45-90 minutes
5 days a week only. 155 lbs
