Hi all,
I've been on TRT for 9 months now, consistently around 190, but a lot leaner and bulkier than I used to be. I started on 50mg of Test P EOD, but wanted to pin less and switched to Test C 100mg every Monday and Thursday, along with 500ius of HCG twice a week and .25mg of AI EOD. Noticed a lot more bloat with Test C, so I kicked in the AI. So currently i'm at 200mg Test C a week. I've hit a plateau in my lifts and unable to cut down like I want. I was considering bumping up to 250mg or 300mg with all else being the same through my next 20mL vial (about 16wks worth). Has anyone noticed a big difference in doing this with Test C?

Other notes:
Currently on 40/25/35 diet, down 500 cals from maintenance, around 1800-2100 a day
6 ft
190lbs
maybe 15% bf

Goal:
178-180
8-9% bf

Thanks Brotherhood!

Whats cardio routine looking like?

Good question there about the cardio. How's it looking bro?

Also, what are your test levels at 9 months in on TRT? If the test levels are in a healthy range, then I don't think you need to up that dose. If your levels are on the low side, then consider an increase.

I think cardio is good. I currently have one day of running 5-6mph for 30-45 minutes and 4 days of lifting. I superset all my workouts which helps keep my heart rate up, and I'm limited on time since I go during my 1hr lunch break. This is also why I've dropped calories to 1800-2100 which was sedentary on the calculator I used.

For blood work I'm totally a noob. I haven't had my bloods done since the doc told me I'm just over the bottom threshold. I'd like to get them done, but not sure where to get them, so I've been planning my treatment based off mood, others regimen, libido, and general strength in the gym. Hence, my question of is 200 enough or should I bump since I'm plateauing?

Honestly very thankful for your guy's opinion. It's great to finally be able to talk to others about all of it.

I would like to see u increase energy demand before the drugs, i would jump on 2 more days of cardio.. lean out for a dew more weeks, then, if u feel a must, jump up your test just a little.... dont let the drugs pull u outta that plateau, have them assist u! Good luck buddy, cutting up is easiest... just increase energy demand or decrease energy consumption... just eat enough proteins and maintain your strength!

Just wanted to let you all know I jumped on your advice. I was actually out of town on a business trip and had nothing else better to do than hit the gym in my spare time. Used the extra time to do low intensity Cardio and dropped 3 pounds in one week. I'm going to keep everything else the same and see what it can do with my current diet. Only got 7 more lbs to go for my goal. Hopefully, will see the single digits bf% sooner than later. You all rock!!
