this was mine 10 years ago had it repaired but still not the same. Although it never stopped me from pushing on. I use more Hammer Strength for chest now. Can still do 220 x 10 on the bench but never more before the injury I could do 315 x 12 and 405 for a single here is a pic of the injury.20348
