There is such a misconception going on with hcg. Some people say run it though your cycle... some people say 2 weeks before last pin and 2 weeks before pct... some say during pct like Seth.... Alot of people say everything but in pct!?! It's all over the shop!!

I stayed on for way too long several years ago, and hcg was the only thing that allowed me to have kids. I'm 37 and my test is in normal range off gear thanks to hcg. Just my experience. I think he's spot on. I like the 1000iu eod 1st week and 500iu eod 2nd week pct approach he mapped out.

I like what he said though, 2 weeks max. I've read you can def desensitize yourself, but I don't know how much that would take.

Seth gives it to you straight. Been following him for a while on YouTube. This dude knowledgeable and got tons of experience, with a lot of common sense thrown into the mix.

I been running and cruising for just for a long time. I used to run cycles with no hcg, because I didn't believe it had a place in cycle. Rich pianas worlds.

Lately been running cycles with 500 in every 5-7 days just to keep the boys from total shrink. They get so bad without.

Just started a full pct n getting everything back n taking time off... interested in seeing my final results which I'll share. Should be "normal" ok lol
