Im trying to hit the 4 parts, upper, lower, left, and right. weightted decline situps are good for lower correct? What about the other 3? What is the top exercise for each of those?

i like leg raises ( weighted if possible) for lower, rope crunches for the upper abs, and decline side crunches for the sides

Honestly, propper posture and keeping your core engaged like it should be through out the day and during your workouts will give you the best results.
