By over the counter I mean the stuff you can buy at supp store or website with a big name brand label to show it's legit lol
And by pharma grade I mean stuff like Nolva or Clomid.

I've come across so many PCT or Cycle support supplements all over the place that it's difficult to determine if they're legit going to do what you need them to do or completely fail.

So my question to you all is, would you trust a PCT you just casually get from a sup store or is Nolva/Clomid the only way to go in your opinion?

Personally Nolva/Adex/Clomid and even Letro will be cheaper than those OTC PCT products. Plus will actually get the job done. Dont cut corners when it comes to PCT.

Cycle support supps are just that. Help with BP issues and other minor stuff thatll arise while being on cycle. Usually all contain a mix of Hawthorne berry, saw palmetto and the usual herbal extracts that are said to aid. But when it comes to estrogen control and such why risk it and just play it safe. Adex and letro are cheap and easily obtainable.

Goodluck bro
