First off, I will not try to make this long as I know how people type novels. So if there are any specific questions I would be happy to respond.
This has quite honestly been the worst transaction I have ever had in my MANY years of dealing with different groups and suppliers. From start to Finish (which its technically not finished) it has been a year. The first rep I dealt with (cloudy) was fired from the company but continued to try and lower prices to get me to send her money (if it is a her). I saw how shady it was and told the main contact, and they didn’t seem to care. Since then I have dealt with Kelly.
This started off with a donation that was for Jins and Hyges. I was told these have “tested great from others” which is complete BS. Both Jins and Hyges tested absolutely 0 (zero). I told this to them. I told them I would take exchange for other product and they agreed. I have gone back and forth for a year. They keep telling me they have tried multiple times but customs was an issue. The ONLY thing I have received was a “test” shipment to see if it would arrive. This covers nothing compared to what I originally donated. They have been giving me the run around for so long. So many lies. So many promises that never happened. Again I know they will come back with their rebuttal. I have left out minor details only to not write the next American novel. I mean… its been a year… So I am tired of trying to be so nice.

Btw, they gave me a 3 day period to try to return something to someone in the states… don’t really believe this. I was out of town and they said “ok now I don’t know when he will be back so we will have to wait another month because he is on vacation” I swear…. I gave them a year to fix this problem and I feel like they have taken my kindness as a weakness.

A year seems like a long time... I would've chucked it at a loss by then. I hope you get this straightened out man!

Well, I am a nice guy I think GearGod. I dont try to post on the forums just to vent. I want to only provide a complete case. which I have now. As you can see no one so far from LMC has responded. They told me I wouldnt get anywhere if I posted this up. I am just trying to inform others of how they completed left me out to dry. They screwed me over.

First of all,I want to say that we care every customer.This is the base of why we are here.Our company has a very complete hand-over process for resigned staff. We will inform all the customers the notice of someone's leaving before she actually left our company and the contacct of the take-over person.I apology for the inconvenience you met from the leaving of our staff.

Customer's satisfation is the most important thing to us.You asked to send you steroid raws instead,even thought it's a less popular product with extremly high value,we agreed to send.

I send you package two times in February and March, also offered you tracking number. You can track it online and see how the package goes.During this time, I also keep close contact with you to try my best to solve the issue.

The person I asked you to return to is our reshipper in US.We do domestic shipping,some of our customers already enjoyed this service.I consulted with you for returning the package in advance. After you aggreed,I talked with our reshipper to receive this package for us.When I told you that you can send back the package, you told me you were out of out town and cannot do it. At that time,our reshipper happen to have plan for vacation,that's why we need to wait for him.

Kelly, unfortunately customer satisfaction is not the most important thing to your company.

^^ What does this even mean? You sent product that were GARBAGE quality (see test results) that you promised had tested well with others which again is a lie. Then I received 1 package from you with VERY little value in comparison to what I originally had. like 1/10th....

I am trying to show the community here that I lost a lot with dealing with LMC. You guys gave me the run around for a year and STILL nothing has been resolved. You guys would not even reimburse me for the kits that I tested because you told me I "used" them. I used them to TEST. You guys are full of it, and I have tried again and again to fix this and you told me "you wont get very far on BOP". You know you are in the wrong. You promised to fix everything and NEVER did and can tell you really DONT care.

basically i had same experience as you i buy jintropin and there 99.8%hgh .... i didnt test it like you but pretty sure like you the jin is surly a clone cause you can even scratch the verification code and you must see how they package it the 99.8 was loose in the box ... i wil never buy from theme even if they offer me a discount

Sorry Korsaire, I have spoken with PAIN about this so he knows as well. My hope is others will learn from my loss. They need to be held accountable. If they are willing to sell fake bunk product like these kits, what else do they "skimp" on just to make more money. At the end of the day, they took my donation and ran.

basically i had same experience as you i buy jintropin and there 99.8%hgh .... i didnt test it like you but pretty sure like you the jin is surly a clone cause you can even scratch the verification code and you must see how they package it the 99.8 was loose in the box ... i wil never buy from theme even if they offer me a discount

the funny part they send me the product before having the money and they can have it i can tell you they where emailing me a lot to have the money but once they got the money even the package i have receive they dont care i still have 1 jin kit and i wont use it i decide to pay more and get pharma grade hgh i am out of 800 cad with theme for buck hgh its hard over here in canada to have blood test done so its why i did not push the matter further you have to have a doctor request for blood

Thank you again for your input Korsaire. Seems like bad business practices for you as well. Like I mentioned, I find it interesting they make no attempt to fix anything STILL. Shows how much their customer service really "cares"

As I have mentioned I resend steroid powders as you required three times to you. I send you tracking and every details of those packages, you receive one package. Unluckily, two packages went into customs, at that time( in February and March), every US customs are much strict than any time to avoid Fetanyl going into the states. I do suggest to resend when situation goes better, since you need raws as soon as possible, I still send them.

We don't want to shirk my responsibility for the lost two packages, after all of this, I continue to taking with you for reshipping and try my best to offer you the solution.

You told me many times you will post on forum and said people won't treat us well. I said whether you post on forum or not, we will try our best to solve this issue. I never said "you won't get very far on BOP". We deeply understand forum is a place for all customers to supervise a sponsor to do its best to serve the community. This is what we always do, we welcome all the feedback which can make us do better and better.

Just wanted to let everyone know I have been testing growth from many others and still nothing has come back as poor results as these LMC here. So its not my testing. The Combination of terrible product and losing TONS of money and terrible customer service, I am glad I have moved away from this crap. I am being treated way better everywhere but here. JUST FYI
