View Full Version : Does your body tell you when you need to eat on cycle?

As I am about to start my first cycle while still cutting, I'm curious about how to strike the right balance between having enough building blocks on hand to build muscle and continuing to cut at a respectable rate. I'm not trying to rush it, but sticking at a pound-ish per week at least would be nice, or at least holding steady at my current weight while packing on a shit-ton of muscle, depending on how I respond.

My current plan is to start my cycle with the meal plan (short version: 2200-2400 calories) I'm currently using and adjust as needed.

I'm wondering if those of you with experience feel that you get good feedback from your body as to whether you're taking in enough calories or not.

Hopefully this question makes sense. :)
