Going to be trying Sust at 250 mg 2x per week M and F. Would it be better to break that down a little farther so that it is EoD. Any advice. Much appreciated fellas.

Even more sust is 500 mg so break down to 3 .4 ml pin MWF? And go up from there?

Ok... so u want to split that into two doses... so if it's at 500 mg in one ml u want to do 1/2 ml Monday and 1/2 ml Thursday or Friday... if u don't mind me asking what is the carrier oils it is compounded in... it should say on the label

Im pinning sust eod and liking it. Seems to be the best way to run it but there is a lot of debate on the subject and im new to sust so have no expert advice on it

There is no EO in any of our products. Sus 500 is MCT carrier oil. If you want 500 mg per week do 2 .5CC shots per week or 1 CC per week--That will equalt 500mg each week.

I pin the sus500 1.5 CC per week-750mg. No pip whatsoever and have had no issues with soreness or knotting of the injection site.
