Salmon Steaks with Lime and Ginger

List of Ingredients

2 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
2 Tsp of soy sauce
1/4 Tsp of garlic powder
2 Tsp of fresh ginger (minced)
2 Tbsp of sesame oil
4 Salmon fillets (approx 6 ounces each)
8 Lime slices

Intructions for Cooking

Mix the butter, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger in a bowl and leave. Add the sesame oil to a heavy non-stick skillet on a medium heat. Rub the mixture in the bowl onto the salmon and add to the pan for 5 mins. Turn the salmon over and rub more of the mixture onto it and cook for another 5 mins or so. Test with a fork to see if the salmon flakes easily. Garnish with 2 lime wedges.
