Groin pull?

i think I might have a groin pull. I was squatting and as I ascended something popped in groin area. I was not in much pain, but it scared the crap outta me. I have some swelling on the right side of pubic bone and it is sore in right groin and across my lower abdomen just above pubic bone. When I walk my lower abdomen spasms. I just got home and iced it. The spasms have stopped. If I try to bring my legs together it hurts like hell!! Anybody have any experience with this??

Feeling better today. Iced it all night. Sore as hell in pubic bone area. My lower abdomen still quivering when I walk. But I think all is good. No tear just strain.
