Hi,
I recently started gh 2 iu/day may go up to 4 iu tops if needed. Baseline very low igf1 (under 100, 40yo), take gh to correct this, lean gains, recomp/fat loss. Also have underlying "subclinical hypothyroid" (t3 t4 normal, tsh high around 7). Heard hgh can accelerate or unmask borderline or early thyroid issue. I do plan to see an endocrinologist but it's going to take several months minimum to get in, so trying to avoid any thyroid issues in the meantime, Plus optimize the HGH. But very hard to find solid info on this. Anyone have any direct experience with this, or have solid info, recommendations on thyroid supplementation Etc? Thanks much appreciated.

Well with normal thyroid you should only take t4 with hgh to get the full benefit of your growth. With possibly an underlying issue your being smart seeing an endo. I'll look for the link and post it but Anthony Roberts has a paper he had done on
Thyroid hormone + Growth hormone - If you aren't taking t4 with your growth hormone your doing it wrong. There are many more on this subject but this one is really easy to understand yet goes into detail on why you only take t4 never t3. Growth is highly synergistic with t3 but you want your own bodies t3, not exogenous, and your t3 increases with the conversion of t4 to t3 so to get those higher levels of t3 and increase your low level of t4, which on growth your t4 should be low, you supplement a daily dose of t4. If you take a daily dose of t3 while on growth you get no benefit out of it, the benefit comes from the conversion of our body converting t4 to t3. Again I'll try and find the article and put a link up to one or two.
