My buddy used simple OTC brands with no problem. Looked ripped on stage. Just learn how to time the out.

I would educate yourseld by reading all you can. I do not like the "well my buddy said this" or "I have a friend who knows"

way to many times I heard people talking about something they do not understand and are just repeating information they "heard". I would rather educate myself.

also what you are trying to accomplish helps also. If you are a first timer I can almost guess you will not be lean enough. That is not a diuretic fault, it is diet and cardio or lack of. As well as not planning the last 12 weeks.

I have met and seen many who want to step on stage thinking they could diet down for a couple weeks and BAM they are stage ready. haha

Make sure you replenish your potassium while on diuretics.

MHP Xpel, if you dieted right in your prep that should be all you need for pre-show diuretics.

Very good advice enrod the MHP would be the way to go the diuretic approach he asking about is a very dangerous walk for the unskilled. diuretic and Insulin use only for top amateurs and true professionals. Mis use one or both and one can be in real trouble real quick.
