Garlicky Broiled Salmon and Tomatoes

Serves 4
Total Time: 15minutes

Ingredients

4 6-ounce pieces skinless salmon fillet
4 medium tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoons Vtra Virgin olive oil
salt substitute and black pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon paprika
8 sprigs fresh thyme
4 cloves garlic, sliced

Directions

Heat broiler. Place salmon and tomatoes, cut-side up, in a broilerproof roasting pan or on a rimmed baking sheet.
Drizzle with oil and season with ¾ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Sprinkle salmon with paprika. Scatter thyme and garlic over the top.
Broil until salmon is opaque throughout and tomatoes are tender, 8 to 10 minutes.

Dang that looks good! Wish I could have Salmon more offten. Wife hates fish and the smell. Lots of Steak and Chicken is served in my home.

My wife was the same way brother but you'd be surprised how with the right recipe they can change their mind on it.If you prepare it right,you can eliminate the "fishy" taste and then it will become more and more edible to her.My wife changed her mind pretty easily.

this looks like a great recipe, we eat salmon all the time and this will be a good change up.
