Ok fellas, Ive been wanting to post this for a long time but just havent because all of us who know will just direguard it and thoes of us who dont know will just say its a roid induced rant, but hell why not?
Ok ive read quite a few guys post questions about abscess. I know youve read them too. Ok with that said most of us know what the statistical chance of an abscess is if done correctly? Damn near ZERO. (Statistically Speaking) LOL
Ok with that said let me help you put this all in prospective. My father is an insulin dependant diabetic and has been for over 25 years. He injects da minimum of 2 times a day, on most days more. NOTE: I do not condone the practices im about to outline this is meerly outlining my fathers injection practices to help individuals underastnd potential absecces and pu into a real life perspective.
As i said my father injects at least twicce daily. He never swabs the vial or the injection site with any type of disenfectant. I DO NOT CONDONE
Shit some times he will inject right through his clothes. AGAIN I DO NOT CONDONE THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR.
And guess what? Never has he had an abscess. Whats this mean? It means that abscess are not as common as people think. I know they do happen but its very fuckin rare.
And some would say that he is using a 28g pin and im using a 23g pin its a bigger hole thus a greater chance of introducing infection?
Well lets do the math: 25x365x2=18250 injects to date and not one occurance? WTF
I hope that clears up thoes who are worred about an abscess? So next time you think you have an abscess ask your self a few questions?
Is this new gear, never ran this brand before? if so how do you know what to expect?
Whats the mg per ml? If its has a high mg per ml it will hurt more.
Is it short estered? Short esters are proported to hurt more than longer esters.
What type of carrier oil? Certain individuals ave adverse reactions to specific cariier oils.
Is this a new compound ive never used before? Again its a new substance you dont know what the pip is like from this compound.
Do you have a fever? If you dont your fine!!!
Is the injection site red or itchey? If it is APPLY HEAT it will most likly dissapate in a few days, dont be afraid to use advil for dicomfort

Ok I think that covers my rant ??? If you still have concerns PM me and i will tell you to give it a week, take advil and apply heat. Then western union me the funds for your doctors appointment. LMFAO
Cheers fellas be safe and somewhat sane.:avatar_1640:

Although I agree that abscess aren’t as common as people think, you father would be doing sub q injections correct? INtermiscular injections make you more prone to infection than sub q

Yep. I think people are quick to think they have an abscess. As long as you follow the safety procedures you’re gunna be fine. Don’t freak out as soon as something feels a little warm and is warm to the touch

I was too bro, I had some serious pip because my body wasent used to higher mg gear and i was scared as shit, then some more experienced fella took me aside and explains some of the things I outlined. But still I wouldn't listen but after a fee weeks it all subsided and my body had gotten used to the gear. I think the first few pins of a new cycle or compound your body has an assimilation period? But well you know the symptoms ease up and you get used to it.
I think that was the point I was trying to get out there. Hope it worked???
PS. Conrats on the transformation contest!!! Unreal brother.

Ya man I think you made your point very clear. People should be careful but also not freak out right away either.

Thanks for the compliment! It was a fun competition

I see your point brother about the odds, but it's more or less like saying you don't need to get off the metal bench even though your odds are really low. Always better to air on the safe side. I also for the life of I do not understand why people recommend heat for a possible infection, heat will make the area more vascular and further bring advance your infection. When in doubt ice
