Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients

2 whole eggs
4 egg whites
1 ounce smoked salmon, cut into thin strips
Freshly ground black pepper
Fresh dill or chopped chives for garnish

Preparation:

Whisk eggs and egg whites together. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray. On a low to medium heat, gently cook eggs until curds begin to form. Use a flexible spatula to move the eggs around. Just before the eggs are set, stir in the salmon. Remove from heat promptly. Serve with a toasted whole wheat English muffin.

I dont know about this one FIST. Salmon and eggs sounds kinda gross.

LOL.Its pretty good actually.Definitely not the fishy taste you might think.

I like Salmon. Just does not sound good with eggs.

I gotta say i'm with Reaper lol... I hate smokey flavors and fish and eggs sounds horrible.. However we all suffer to reach goals and thats a protein and fish oil packed breakfast so I may try it anyway lol

Not every recipe suits everyones tastes that for certain but I like to try everything at the least just to switch things up and keep it interesting.I love most fish so I may be biased but im telling you,its really pretty good.Not the best thing ive ever eaten but good none the less.

And yes Jtizzle,this has a great macro content to fit a bbers diet.
