What is the shortest cruise you had between cycles? I just finishing 16 week was a little sloppy at end of this one. Was 500 test E 800 eq per week. I was going to cruise a month at 200mg cyp then go 16 week bulk.
650 mg test mix 1-15
600 mg nandrolone mix 1-15
30 mg sdrol 1-4 ed
30 mg dbol 1-4 ed
1mg adex eod
prami as needed

Shortest cruise I had was an irresponsible one- I ran a pct for 2 weeks after my cycle and decided fuck that and started cruising. I cruised for 5 weeks before hopping on my current blast. The way I see it, if you are gonna blast and cruise, really the only point to cruising is to let body recuperate and let your receptors refuel.

If your dropping the EQ. Stay with the test for a month and start off running again..

That's what I'm thinking about doing but I wanted some feedback. I've never cycled bridge then cycled before so I have no experience.
You think a month of cruiz @250 test e a week is long enuf for ar receptor up regulation?

I think the only way your receptors get use to a drug is if you stay at a certain mg for a long period. If you drop back for a little bit you should be alright. I run 200-300 mg all the time. When I blast I double it for a few months.

im not 100 percent sure but i dont think a month is long enough. id say 6-8 weeks minimum if u really want that myostatin to come down. ive stacked a shit load of gear. nothing can push past myostatin once its high enough unless ur taking ridiculous ridiculous amounts of gear

Exactly very well said. My thoughts as well. Kind of like shifting gears manually in a sweet looking ride of your choice. You have a bunch of options mash on the gas pedal straight off the line, or let the clutch out nice and easy and roll it off the line the mat it to the floor, or ease off the line and shift it through the gears nice and easy and when you need to down shift to the next lower gear and keep it moving then maybe drop back down another gear mash it to the floor banging through the gears again. By the way it's you car treat it any way you want drive it the fastest you want. The way you drive it you get to pick. But keep in mind the end result of the condition your sweet ride will end up in will be indirect correlation by the way you drove it when you drove it.
