Broke hand

I got what's called a boxers fracture and they put pins all in my hand. I had them for 4 weeks and I was hoping I'd be good to go after they pulled them but a week and a half later I'm still sore as hell. I can't even lift a five pound weight right now. It's been almost two months from lifting and it's showing. The depression is the worse part. Anyone else go through this and how long did it take for you to be able to lift again?

I am the constantly injured guy. Gotta look at the time off as a positive. As in your body will feel good from the break. And realise how much you enjoy lifting and will appreciate it more when you return.

As far as the depression, you can message me personally if you need any help, as i dont want to preach or write a novel here. I wish you the best in your recovery.

It just sucks waking up day after day and still no progress with the hand. I thought I had patience but I'm figuring out I don't lol....
