Hey how’s it going everyone I am new on this forum but I am known on a couple of Canadian forum!

Little bit abut me I have been doing MMA for 14 years competed in provincial and national competitions and due to certain injuries I had to stop I have been bodybuilding for the past 6 years

Height 5’9
Weight 216
Bf 9%
I have 2 test cycles under my belt and I am looking forward to learning more from all you vets!
