" I havent been following protocol"

45 year old male.
6ft
235lbs
BF 25% im guessing
Have been Weight Training since 15

I have been on trt for 4 months now. I decided to go on trt after having 3 blood test within 6months with my highest Testosterone total being 380 having low free T as well.

I am prescribed 160mg a week of Test C. I dose every 3.5 days a week and take (1) Arimadex .25 pill every 3 days.

Well... I have been running 300mg of Test-E a week for the last 4-weeks and (1) Arimadex .25 tab every other day.

I have my 1st blood test around Dec.15th. I need to drop my test levels to what they should be at 160mg of test c per week as prescribed.

Questions
1. When should I go back to using Test-C and lower my dose?
2. What should i lower my weekly dose to in order to not raise flags?
3. What else should before the test in mid Dec to ensure my test isnt off the charts and my TRT canceled?

I have my reasons for wanting be on a prescribed TRT program. Otherwise I wouldnt be worried about keeping the prescription and just self treat myself.

All advise is greatly appreciated.

SteroidGraph - Graph your cycle (http://steroidcalc.com/)

Someone more knowledgeable may chime in here but from what I've read, you should be able to not pin for two weeks and then go back onto your TRT dose and a month later should be closer to where you need to be. Unfortunately with that you only have two weeks after doing that so I am not exactly sure. Before I cycle on TRT I will bump my dose up and then do a planned back to cruise timeframe and take private bloods until I find my cycle sweet spot lol

All the best bro. Hopefully someone with more knowledge than me will be able to help you out.

I'm on TRT and I have ran heavy cycles while on. I always plan to be back in prescribed dose at least 3 weeks out from blood test. I also get blood drawn at least 3 days after last shot. It's even on my order to get drawn 3 days after last shot. This way your body will adjust back to the script dose. There aren't really any tricks or anything to lower it. Unless you stopped pinning altogether then you'll crash out and that will throw a flag.

Im prescribed 200 mg E7D which puts me high for my doctor. The shot before my last bloods was drawn I pin .5cc and waited six days before having blood drawn. Result came back just over 500 my doctor was happy.
