For the Brotherhood HRT Experts.. HCG shelf life in fridge?

Anybody have any real knowledge on how long a typical 5,000 iu vial of HCG (mixed with Bac water) will maintain its potency in the fridge before it starts to decline? I had some HCG that came from a legit compounding pharmacy- Pre-mixed in a 11,000 iu vial and it had an expiration date on it going into 2018?

I was wanting to use 250iu two times per week but if the potency declines after 4-5 weeks I may have to up it to 500 twice per week.

Also, anybody else get those tiny little 5,000iu HCG vials (mine came from GearPro) and mix their water into that tiny little vial? I didn't have an extra sterile mixing vial so I just used it. Thanks in advance for any info.

Usually HCG could be stored for 2 years before mixed. The sterile water coming with HCG tiny vial should be enough to mix them. Good quality HCG can last 1-2 months after mixed.

Thanks Sharon much appreciated. The confusion comes from the pre-mixed vial of HCG I got from a HRT doc I was seeing last year (Nov 2016). He got his stuff from a local compounding pharmacy that made his stuff for him. The bottle as I mentioned came pre mixed (think it was 11,000 iu) and the expiration date on the bottle was sometime in 2018?

I've also read the 2-3 month after mixing and something seems not right, cause If I'm taking 500 iu per week (250 iu twice per week) that's 10 weeks with a 5,000 iu bottle. Obviously a lot longer than 1 month and even over the 2 month mark...So the math doesn't add up?

Anybody else have any thoughts on the shelf life of HCG? BTW I did up the dose to 500 iu twice weekly to be on the safe side but still....

in that link the first post explain your point pretty basicaly just backload so pin put it in the freezer you extend the shelf life to approx 60 day enjoy the read.

Thank you for the good info. I was not sure how long it would keep. I have heard seceral different opinions on it but this sounds like a good plan freezing the pins individualy.

Thank you for the valuble info. I am on TRT for a few years now and am going to try to bring the boys back using HCG. Kind of an exit strategy in case I ever have to get off. Not sure it will work but I am going to give it a shot.

If you pre-mix your hcg and store it in the fridge 30 days high potency, after that its potency declines.The way you test your hcg after 30 days is with a pregnancy test kit.If its still showing strong on the test its still potent. If not.... pre-mix another and throw out the old!

Manufacturers show it will last at least 60 after reconstituted. I have seen others where it says 90 days with BA water. I have used it over longer periods with no noticeable loss of potency.
