This is going to be my first cycle just running 500mg of test e a week. 250/Monday and 250/ Thursday
Do I need to use nolvadex at the same time? or is nolvadex and clomid only for pct.
Also is there an ideal time to inject morning, night, pre-work out.

If water retention was a real problem for you maybe have it on hand,but usually low dosages of test its really not a big deal,your diet will play a large part in that.with enanthate the time of day won't really matter.its very long lasting,and also slow starting.Monday/Thursday sounds good to me

Nolva and Clomid arent necessarily just pct,but usually use on cycle with more advanced cycles.

I agree with MM x2. The only time a user at that dosage would need nolva or another AI is if they are prone to sides, or if you have a high BF% it would be a good way to prevent sides that a high percentage usually enables.

make sure u run adex or aromasin EOD to be safe.

Wouldn't hurt to have on hand but aromasin blocks almost all estrogen and you need some for a list of reasons including muscle development and immune functions. even In moderate ddosage it can dry out and cause joint pain. This is why I only run it if it is necessary. This is all just my thoughts on the subject though Frank.

Aromasin would help you keep more gains if you use it in oyur pct. But, nolva would be the better one of those three to use on cycle, unless you got some bad sides.

I think its really important for you to understand how nolva and clomid work. Feel free to ask if unsure. like a few of the other guys have said have aromasin or adex on hand. They will knock estro levels down. With 500mg a week of just test you should experience little to no sides...maybe itchy sore nipples when you come off. Have you had blood work done yet to see where your natural test levels are?? Honestly at your age I would highly recommend getting that checked.
