Whats your favorite technique for bridging, with intermediate aas compounds?

I never bridge, bridging means your body never gets a chance to regulate itself back to a healthy natural state. Basically your still on so you never fully recover.

If u were going to bridge, like say from a mass stack into a cutting stack. Not forever here guys, just a longer period.

But if you're on trt then it won't matter if your hpta recovers.

I hear ya man. I just know shoestring is a prime candidate for trt. Now I just need to talk him into it lol

I would just take the TRT dose of test 200mg EOW if i were going that route...

I don't have to worry about that now it's to late...i fucked myself years ago when i first started cycling i went 5 years straight with no break and that was that....so now even when i'm not on i'm still on...Lololol

Honestly Shoestring, it depends on what your goals are and your outlook on AAS. How many cycles do you have under your belt?? Have you ever had blood work done to see where your natty test levels are?? IMO I would get blood work done to establish a baseline, then go from there. In your 40's you might already be a candidate for trt. After bloodwork, then you have some decisions to make. If your a candidate, then start trt and just stay ON and cycle up and down with other compounds. If not, or you decide you dont want to be on trt, then I wouldnt try to "Bridge". just cycle up and down.
