Is any blood serum 20 and up considered a solid source? Anything under 20 not worth it? I had 22 is that considered average high low? I know higher is better but realistically is 22 pretty solid? Thanks guys for the info

I've had results come in from as low as 16 to as high as 40.2, the odd thing is on the lowest serum (16 on Anemone) I had the highest igf-1(480) n the highest serum (40 on zptropin) gave me one of the lowest igf-1(351). Baseline was 230.

I had 14.4 serum and 445 igf on 3.5 iu's of Jin's.

From what I've read it won't effect your igf-1, but I am not claiming to know shit. I would love to see someone try it to see

Those are all pretty good numbers. I just scored 21.6 on another sponsor black tops. I about to start stropin. The igf is what counts the higher the better for muscle hypoplasmia

I taking 4 iu a day one week 7 days next week 5/2 off. It about a month and just started feeling very mild CTS.the pumps are insane though which only got similar from omega igf. He no longer around but his igf was real good.
