I’m new here to the brotherhood. I was a member on HCU but didn’t post tons. Curious to see what you guys do for programming . Do you have a coach or do you find programs online and run them or do you do your own programming? Right now I’m being coached by a top guy in the world.

My best competition lifts before starting coaching were

512/348/606 at 175 and as a junior. I got there with shitty programming that wasn’t really programming .

I've gone from 5/3/1 to "Westside" to Sheiko and doing my own. The older I get it seems less is more. At 37 now been limiting the heavy work and doing more rep work trying to work around injuries.
