Decided I'll put a little log up here following my "practice prep" going into and starting the new year. Goal is 7% bf or so without getting too extreme.

I've spent over the last year adding quality size while not getting super fat and if I was gonna guess, 12-15lbs of lean tissue total.

October 2016 I stepped on stage at 209 in pretty good shape. Next year, I'm hoping over 220 but peeled.

These pics are from yesterday. Weight b that morning 245lbs right out of bed after bathroom.

Cycle is simple.

800-1000mg test
350mg tren e, Deca, mast e

Closer to the end I'll Swap to short esters and drop Deca (6 weeks left)

I may run clen but don't plan on any T3 or dnp since this is just to see where I'm at really.

No cardio for now. Going to clean up refeeds which will make a difference. From there decided on what I'll do but I want to keep cardio to a minimum. My legs desentigrate with cardio.

Fortitude training.

Carbs on training days none on off days. I'll lay that out when I have more time.

Lower loading today.

Safety Bar squat - 495*9, 465*9, 315*20(widowmaker)
Hamstring curl - 90*11, 90*11
Lunges - 185*10, 185*8
Upper pump after

Feeling stronger today for whatever reason. Still to early for the drugs to be kicked in but, was nice to get back under that much weight on Squats.

Rest tomorrow with low carbs and hopefully a nap.

Was off yesterday

Widow maker sets aren't something that's wrote into the Fortitude Training program but, I've been experimenting with them lately.

FT is set up to train everything, besides biceps, 3x a week so, you need very very low volume and those WM kinda slap that idea right in the face. Anyways, I don't do the lower pump part of the program because it wrecks my knees no matter the weight used, it's just the repetitive motions. Heavy weights don't bother me, just lots of reps in a single session. So I started throwing in a single widow marker on my loading days to get that higher rep stimulus and its been working wonders.

I always hated these doing DC training and I still do because I normally puke but, the way I've got them placed, they're making a difference. Enough time to recover its the key.

Strength is creeping up since the test came back at a higher dose.

Diet has been good. No wavering off course and I've dropped a lot of bloat. I'll keep hammering away for a couple more weeks until I post pictures updates.

Off today.

Will hit upper muscle rounds tomorrow.

Only a little ways into the cut and I'm gonna have to add in some calories. Weight dipped to 240 this morning compared to 248ish at the start. Will most likey add those calories into an intra workout shake so they're consistent.

Too fast is no good. I'm liking the changes so far though..... Crazy what cutting one of my 3 refeeds I get a week will do.

Good session today. I had the great idea that after putting nothing in them for a couple years, i was gonna start putting a little injection into my triceps eod. Just 50mg prop..... Fuck my life. Swoll the fuck up and hurts so gd bad. What I get for being a dim wit.

Upper Muscle Rounds

Seated mid row - 170*27, 24

Didn't do any triceps work and pressing from the bottom was actually pretty hard. I dunno if I got a nerve bed or what. No pain on injection but it's fucking screaming today and yesterday. Used a slin pin and I know I got it IM I just think it's been so long and, prop wasn't a good choice at all lol.

Anyways, back to no carbs yesterday as planned since it's a non training day.

Weight this morning was back at 240. Water is falling off quickly. Between diet changes, no more trest and no gh (gd kid) in tightening up well.

My right tricep is almost back to normal after the bad pin last week before Christmas. It got pretty bad and I was thinking I may need to hit the hospital at one point. I looked like that guy who was shooting cooking oil into his arms I shit you not. Just a bit of pip at this point and a very minimal amount of swelling. I'm on an anti biotic already for some pretty bad acne I've had for over a year on my back and shoulders and even though it's not the right kind for the pin situation, it helped I suppose.

Despite zero carbs, I soaked the bed in sweat. I would think it's a bit early for the tren e to start hitting me with night sweats but, guess it is.

Aggression In the gym is way up as well. Completely in the zone today and had that killer focus that comes with being on.

I did have to hold back on the leg sled because my right knee was tweaked on my final loading set of safety bar Squats at 495*8 (think it was 8) last week. In the front below the knee cap I've got some pain and minimal swelling. It's a concern because this is the knee I had surgery on a few years back due to the cartilage that covers the femur where the miniscus rides tore off the bone. I'll keep watching it and pull a set from thigh work and add it to hamstrings for now.

Lower loading

Leg sled - stack x11 (adjusted tempo to compensate for load)

Sldl - 275*10, 275*8

Duck leg press (again low weight with tempo) - 360*10

Followed with upper loading.

I don't talk about this in my log much but I do stretches after I finish every muscle group. Either loaded with weights, static holds or pulse stretching where I'll stretch as hard as I can for two seconds and release then repeat 5 more times.

Pretty shit nutrition wise today.

Ran off and forgot my meals at the house so I had to scrape together shit from a gas station. Pretty disgusted in myself for that... This is the first time I've forgot my meals in forever.

From that list, you definitely have a different items in your petrol station. That's pretty dang good!!! I would have expected a soggy egg salad sandwich, slimjims, chicklits and maybe some beer nuts. Good for you!!!

Damn knee is still being fussy...... If it's not better in one more training rotation, I'll have to get it checked out.

Night sweats are rolling. Waking up freezing at night then get hot then cold and so on.

Sleep is suffering from that point but not trensomnia. Never have had that issue though.

I haven't been having the muscle spasms I normally get on tren yet.

Flat as a pancake as I usually am on tren.

Believe I'm getting some indigestion. I've had this once before on tren but just that one time. I'll see if it goes away before adding an antacid.

On the bright side, 34' waist pants are getting a bit too large in the waist even though the legs are way too tight.

Lower loading today. Knee was good but I kept to iso movements on pressing and quads to be sure. Muscle rounds I'll test it again and see where it goes.

Calf Press - 220*10, 10, 9, 8

Single leg press machine - 210*12, 210*9

Partial Deadlifts - 495*8, 485*9

Lunge - 90*11, 100*9

Followed with upper pump stuff.

Had a really good pump today. We're moving into that time frame where things should start picking up from the AAS so that's a good sign.

Training today went really well. Strength is climbing. Pumps and fullness are pretty damn amazing as well.

Started to get the muscle spasms I typically get from tren the last two days.

Off today and slept a lot. Think I got about 12 hours total counting a nap around one.

Feeling good overall but my bp has been a little janky I think. My bp monitor broke a week ago and I haven't gotten a new one yet. Having done headaches that I usually don't get so that's probably the issue.

Will try to donate again this week and see where my hematocrit levels are. They have been fine for a while but it could be time to double up on the red pull.

Lower muscle rounds tomorrow and test the knee again.

Thats about how i eat. Looks good. One thing you might want to take in consideration is getting rid of that iceberg lettuce. It's just a waste of space you're better off using dark greens

Time for a cruise week in training. I'm still getting stronger week to week but, little nagging issues keep popping up. Rest and muscle rounds only next week.

Right shoulder is acting up. Think I messed it up from doing pull-ups this week.

Wrote out a new layout for the upcoming training blast as well. I've been trying some new combos on exercises lately to find a better mix and I think I've got it pretty much nailed down.

Will be back to full logging and busting pr's in a week.

Still out of the gym until at least tomorrow maybe Wednesday.

Weight is just falling off at this point. I've added in a free meal every day since I stopped training and weight just keeps dropping.

Hopefully when I get back under the iron it'll slow a bit.

Finally went and got a new blood pressure monitor yesterda since mine went out a couple weeks ago.

Took my np a few times in the evening and my highest reading was 118/78 so all looked good. This morning it was 119/79 so at the very top of high end but, considering how long it's been since I donated and being on tren I'm happy with that.

Still haven't been in the gym. Weather has been awful here with roads froze over and since this area doesn't have that happen often, road crews weren't very well prepared.

I plan on getting in tomorrow and will probably do a double muscle Round day so I don't mess my schedule up for next week.

Finishing up this little mini cut to reset insulin resistance along with shedding some body fat. Will go another week or so to get where I wanna be then crank things back up. Bloods from this week posted below. All looks good health wise besides blood itself. These are also the SR bloods that came back low. Need to donate very soon.

Last week I had a scheduled cruise in training and this week started my next blast in training. This will be another 6-8 weeks of pushing things as much as possible while being as safe as possible.

Adding a little volume to delts. All the added volume will be focused on medial and posterior heads. Medial delts have been a focus for a while and they have gotten better but, can still improve. Rear delts continue to take priority though and always will since that's where I'm weakest.

Also I'm putting both days that I hit biceps back to back with one rest day between. The first day is a pump day and the second is muscle rounds. I may regret this since I don't think I'll have enough time to recover from the first day but, I'm experimenting. The long rest between the focus days with some back work in there will keep stimulus.

Weight today was 237lbs out of bed. My low so far was 234 and I was extremely flat (the picture from yesterday). Last night I had a free meal with my wife on our date and felt much better today.

Still got another week or so before I shift back to growing but, I'm close enough body fat wise and given I was going in half cocked from the bunk test, I'm OK with where I'm at.

Still no cardio [emoji23]

Transitioning hormones starting today.

Removed the tren ace and added npp. Gonna start with 350mg and in a week or two I'll add Deca in at an equal amount. I will slowly take the npp out and increase the deca as I start to elevate blood levels.

Test will stay at its current dose of 150mg eod.

Mast e will continue at 700mg until I run out in anther week or so.

When mast is done, I'll be adding eq. Starting at 500mg and working up in small steps

Tren E will come into play as well at a moderate dose but, still toying with when I'll add it.
