Hey bro, funny you said this I was actually reading some things about certain gears one quick one I can think of off hand is Var it helps repair tendons and ligaments. Lots of other types of gear do the same cant think of all of them off the top of my head but no you are not crazy because all Carpal Tunnell is really is damage to nerves and inflamation some gears can help with the inflamation by repairing some ligaments Tendons and nerves. I know this is not 100% helpful but google the gear you are on and do some serious research on it as it may help you find others to consider. Hope that helped a little bit bro.
