Hey, Whitetailgeek. You might want to start with an introduction post in the correct forum.

As far as TRT, the dose is subjective and depends upon how you respond; it typically ranges from 100 to 150mg per week. However, to get your proper dosage you will need bloods to see how you are responding to a particular dose. In short, unless you live in a state which allows you to order your own bloods, you will need a doctor regardless. Going through a Dr. for TRT has many benefits, so you may want to reconsider this.

Beyond that, welcome.

Yup. Agree with Bull... my levels were at 146 when i got tested and got prescribed 200mg a week from my doc... i went to a wellness clinic actually to get it all done. Labs were 50 bucks... i would look into a government funded wellness clinic in your state. Mine as well get your gov tax dollars to work in your favor

Welcome to the club! It's been a big time game changer for me. Check out the TRT section here. Read the stickied posts. Do some searches. Educate yourself so you can get the most of out it and not fuck yourself up in the process.

Hey Whitetail, welcome to the BOP.

Baybbull and Xtreme for life have hit the nail on the head, obviously you recognise something in yourself that is out of balance or you don't feel the way you used too, 300 T reading is not that low so you have a bit of leway here, take the time educate yourself and them hake an informed choice if you want to go with a Dr or treat yourself.

There are sponsors that are able to help with bloods, have a look around bro, only then can you fine tune it all to your needs.

Now go give us a proper intro ;)

BabyBull, Mrump, and chemical all nailed it for ya brotha. And like they suggested: give us a real intro with some background information about yourself like age, height, weight, years of training etc

I can tell you from personal experience my results are WAYYYYY better using TRT as every day IM shots with a slin pin. I just backload the test in the slin pin and inject around 25-30mg per day(175-210) per week and my levels are a few hundred points out of the high range which is where I like them. If I just do 1-2 or even 3 shots per week my #'s are much lower. Everyone metabolizes test diff and I do fast but thats just my input.

I am obese weighing around 220 pounds. Can you suggest any specific diet where I can intake 2600 calories a day as prescribed.
I had one question, taking such low calories does this effect my testosterone levels?
Present my testosterone levels are at 200. Can you suggest?

OP, these guys nailed it, stick with a doc. My doc doesn't know much but I can get my bloods done through him and then do what I need to do to get myself right. Hallelujah, I'm not sure what you're saying?

No it does not. Start a new thread in the diet\nutrition section if you would like help with your diet so more people can see it and you get detailed responses.
