Hello, just curious why your taking Test P at 22.Why test p or gear in general?
Test p because it clears out the system fast enough for me to pass a test by a certain up coming date.

Gear well one of the things that always kills it for me is lack of results

ah... 44, been back lifting for 6 and a half months.
220
Squat 363 (planning to beat that since yesterday but sleep has been a disaster, hopefully by tomorrow it will be 370/375)
Bench 237 (stuck there for a couple of months, although overhead press has improved in the meantime)
DL 424 (reached that a couple of month ago in conventional DL, than decided to switch to Sumo, for fear of exacerbating existing back injuries, never did sumo before, it felt uncomfortable at the beginning and still 10lbs below the conventional's weight- Sumo feels much easier on the lower back though and seems to be improving)

A bit depressed coz at 30 y o and 183body weight , not even taking creatine, I was squatting 440 (with wraps and the bottom part of a suit though, I suppose raw it was less than that), deadlifting 462 and benching always sucked and can't remember exactly, was probably around 275. Discovered through xrays recently I had a broken collarbone from when i was 18/20 that i didn't treat back then and that didn't heal properly, which might explain why my bench always sucked- although for some reason the other shoulder has been even weaker for the last couple of weeks, so the broken collarbone might not be much of an excuse - still when i see lifters like OP who bench press about the same as they squat or deadlift, it feels weird.

Squat 368.5
Still quite a long way from 440...

31 years old. 5’9 188
squat: 445
deadlift:515
bench:225

My bench is very bad. I usually compete in local meets but I had scapular surgery to correct a pinched nerve running beneath the scapula and my bench has not recovered. Lost about 30lbs of my deadlift as well (well, more at first but I regained most of my strength).

34 5' 10'' 194lbs current maxes:
bench 350
squat 450
deads 475
been plagued by some nasty injuries lately but am making a comeback. After a bad car accident which required a metal plate and several screws in my arm, I switched from mainly bodybuilding style workouts to more of a power lifting routine. Don't get me wrong though, some of those bodybuilding routines still give me a sweatpants boner.
