Hi Bros
Just got blood done in mainland China, checking for Test and other hormone levels. I will go back and talk to the endo but we don't have a language in common and even when we do in China, discussions with doctors quickly get frustrating, and docs allow a few minutes per patient only, which get easily wasted when using an interpreter.
Also the normal range indicated next to the test results give a lower limit than the range on some western website I just checked so my results are probably more alarming for a westerner.
i'm a westerner, 44 y o, and starting to consider TRT, or if I decide to do AAS cycles wether i should go through PCT or just cruise afterwards at a TRT dosage. Only doing HGH at the moment, 4 IU a day and some OTC supplements.
The resuts come in ng/ml, i'll multiply them by 100 so it comes (if I'm not wrong) in ng/dl which should be more familiar to you guys.
Also i did ask specifically for free test levels but they don't seem to be available.
Testo : 401 ng/dl
FSH 165 mIU/dl that's very low even on the local range, which shows 127 to 1926
LH 298 mIU/dl
PRL 10.89 ng/dl
E2 2700 pg/dl
About TRT and and suppressing cycles, i'm reading about guys my age very happy with the results so I'm very curious but while from here it's fairly easy to find gear apparently, I do a couple of long travels per year, one lasting 5 to 6 weeks, and can't travel with testo without prescription, so that sounds like an issue.
Training wise I've been back lifting for 5 months only (practiced other sports the last few years, as a doc advised me not to lift heavy ever again following a slipped disk, but other sports brought their share of injuries... so back lifting) and while I've put on 12kgs (it looks like mostly muscles with probably some fat and water), and i've actually never been bigger, my strength is way below where it was at 30 weighing 14kgs less (training natty back then, following a powerlifting routine. Took a 14 years break from lifting after 30...). Now 97kgs (213lbs) for 179cm (little below 5.11) I've used AAS before btw, in my mid 20s, without AI nor PCT and ended up with gyno. Had surgery 10 years back, and I suspect not much if any of the gland is left considering how the nipple area gets inward.
if any of you more knowledgeable lifters care to chime in and comment, many thanks, I'll use your input when going to the endo , as well as later down the road.
Cheers
