I am lost here. Trying to make my life easier and read a number of threads. I have cash and would like to transfer it to my wallet on Blockchain. How is this done? Do I need to go use a bank? I cannot use a card due to keeping this off the MRS radar.

Many options.
Easiest is to search "bitcoin kiosk near me"

Or you can purchase them with debit/credit on certain exchange sites. Coinbase supports debit/credit but if you go this route you will need to send the coins from your coinbase account to your blockchain account.

My advice is never use coinbase to send coins directly to a source. I am banned from coinbase for life because I learn shit the hard way it seems.

I know its a bitch but once you get the rhythm, bitcoin is the cutting edge for this kind of trans action.

You always have the western union/moneygram option but bitcoin is more secure.

Bitcoins can also be bought cash in person from individuals which is uber safe.

My go to method now is to call a local guy that owns a store but has a bitcoin hobby. I call him and say hey man I need xxxxx bitcoins... He says, ok come by at 2.

I drive up, we scan qr codes, I give him a ten percent transaction fee, and boom g2g.

so what I hear you say it get a pre-paid visa card and then go to the kiosk that looks like a normal ATM.

LocalBitcoins.com: Fastest and easiest way to buy and sell bitcoins (https://localbitcoins.com)
Here you can buy cash in person at a local bank branch. Find a supporting bank near you and the beautiful thing about it is it is bank protected.

I go to my store guy in person because i know he wont risk fucking me over etc and he is not a fuck around guy. He used to mine bitcoin but got out. He is a no nonsense wam bam thank you ma'am seller and buyer.

Just a though, as bitcoin becomes more legitamized every day, it would be wise to set up a ripple and litherium account and invest some.

People watching the markets do not understand what built bitcoin in the first place. Underground trade is what made bitcoin, so as it becomes more regulated it may someday render it useless for underground trade. Ifcthat day comes other digital currency may take its place at the top.

People live in a fantasy world thinking guys that worked the markets built bitcoin. It was built by illicit trade and money laundering. Every time a government invents a way to regulate currency, guys on the dark web invent 10 ways to circumvent big brother. Its still ten times as honest as stock brokers trading on wall street.

Found 2 people in my area, I need to do more research. 10% seems a little high but I am a tight wad by nature.

I’m gonna post something probably tomorrow. We are all pist about the fees with coinbase and bitcoin. The idea is to buy a different altcoins and move them with less fees and then swap them for whatever coin you want. Stay tuned

I must say it is getting stupid. They expect too much. Coinbase can kiss my ass. I would rather give a real person a cut than dicks like them. They give you no chance to reiterate if you send money to a red flag address. They make you move your funds and kick you off for life like they did me.

I am a blockchain guy which is what my guys at AEL recommended.

Not to mention my bank had to disable my card security for 24 hours any time I purchased coins with a card from coinbase. Coinbase threw up a red flag with my bank and the guys I ordered from threw up a red flag with coinbase.

Thats too much run around.
An individual is much simpler for me.

Blockchain is great. I’ll get more out there in my post but you can buy ether and transfer it at lower fees to another wallet then trade it for bitcoin and then move it to blockchain

I was purchasing from coinbase and would transfer to blockchain cause that's what I was told never send from coinbase and fees are crazy it's like 40-50$ just to send $300. I placed a order and source told me to send from coinbase he has been doing it like that for awhile and never had an issue so I did and everything was fine but now I get email saying he is going private so idk what happened long story short haven't ordered from him again. I used coinbase again today and seems to be fine it went through so my question is did you make to many transaction? Was the amount to high say over $300? I guess fees went down cause it was only 15$ to send 300$ I was told transaction through coinbase can be tracked back to you and that's why you transfer to say blockchain which I don't believe. So if you get banned from coinbase you are fucked correct? Cause that's the only one you can purchase bitcoin and I'm assuming that's why you go see your private guy to make transactions. sorry for the lack of knowledge on this topic trying to find out some info

Coinbase is forced to watch every transaction and scrutinize it. If they believe that any transaction is iffy they will ban you. there are plenty of other exchanges besides coinbase as well. Ill be putting something together and posting it this afternoon

No there are a multitude of ways to purchase bitcoin. The fbi and cia could try to stop me from buying bitcoins offline but I would still be able to without them knowing it.

I had ordered with them twice and purchased directly. The third time around I was banned. There are many sites banks and kiosks that support debit. Coinbase is overrated

You can work over coin base buy buying ether moving it and converting it though. Just saying.... you just have to know you don’t want to use coinbase as your wallet. Once everyone wraps there head around always using an exchange first and then move your coins to another wallet this is easy

Yes sir thats neat. I would do it if they hadn't banned me. Now they are kinda on my shit list but that shouldn't stop anyone else from saving money. Pretty damn good idea

You could still work around it if you wanted to. Have your wife open an account to purchase coin and move it to your wallet [emoji106] or use coinmana or a bitcoin atm

I would purchase through coinbase and transfer to blockchain. Blockchain doesnt kick you out for sending to the wrong guy like coinbase does.

This is exactly right. Buy ether on coinbase or bitcoin and move to blockchain. Hint if you buy ether and move it to binance you won’t pay the fees then you can invest it and convert it to bitcoin then move what you need to blockchain to pay your bills

The market seems to be going down at an extremely fast pace unsure of to just hold or buy... What do you guys think personally I’ve been taking a loss from the past couple days.

I’m planning to buy low. I am planning to buy some either and move it to binance while it’s cheap and probably buy some bitcoin too. I’ll invest my ether money in some other alt coins at binance
