I'm starting on Monday the 15thJan a test and speed shed protocol. I will be using Lantus at 20iu split into 2 dosages for the full 7 days. Taking blood sugar several times throughout the day everyday. Also supplementing with 100mg of tren Everyday with 20mg Halo for first 3 days prior to lifting. Clen at 160mg all 7 days. For first 3 days going sub maintenance calories comprising of all protein except around 10-20 grams of fat taking orlistat with my meal. I do intermittent fasting, I just do one meal a day post workout. The other 4 days, will be water fasted. I'll post every day Monday through Monday, with weight and I'll give BF% starting and finishing taken with my sculpt device, which is supposed to be close to the Deca which I did the dexa then the sculpt and BF% was .7 difference. Also the tren and lantus is for muscle preservation.

Even though it doesn't necessarily "peak", it's pretty safe when it comes to insulin. I still check my blood sugar every 3 hrs throughout the day.

Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkIt would take longer than a week to have noticeable metabolic adaptations.

I do not think he will have much success with only a week of this protocol. It will just be an annoyance to go through it. But I would be happy to be proven wrong.

I overall just do not think this a good idea, this just looks like a crash Diet with a bunch of stimulants. If he lost 3% -5% I'd say sure to go for it but .7 I just don't see the point

Either way I'd like to his results
