How to make a secure website for domestic sales

So me and a friend are/had a debate on how ( or if it’s even doable) set up a web sight to sell
products domestically? I hope I’m not violating anything by asking and I’m not Sure where to post but seems that it’s computer based question. In this forum makes sense to me. That being said the questions arose when another friend of ours said he was setting up a sight to sell E-pens w cannabis... I’m not the sharpest knife in the drawer but I immediately see some serious holes in his game plan.. is it possible to do using bread app or bitcoin as ur currency? And then the other 100 ????? How do I send product or pre paid postage by the consumer? Emailed to a encrypted account? Recieve the packaging slip and print then drop in a postage box!? Idk many of the answers can someone point me to where I can find out info such as this???
