Anyone have a favorite keto recipe.

One of mine is simple. Peanut butter melted a little and use bacon to dip into the peanut butter.

Anything omlet when Im keto'n I like to change my eggs up every day.

Also like a good ham and cheese or turkey and cheese on a panini press, makes for some good quick snacks....
I have tried keto deserts and they make me barf...... If anyone has some good recipes for deserts please share, I will be going back on keto in a few wks.

I’m a midwestern boy. I bbq and smoke meat 365 days a year. Hell I even bbq most of my vegetables.

you should post the recipe for the fat bombs i have one in a book called bacon and butter

Cream cheese Cajun burger.

Sauteed diced onion, 12-15 small pinches of cream cheese and Tony's Cajun seasoning. I do 6-8 oz patties cooked on cast iron skillet for crispy exterior. Cocount oil. 2 slices of deli sliced provolone melted on top of patty. I pour shredded cheese in cereal bowl and big dollup of sour cream. Burger on top of shredded cheese and pour remaining coconut oil on top.

one of my fav keto meals is - rib eye or porter house steak cooked in garlic butter with sautéed mushroom and grilled asparagus

another great option is steak and fried eggs with steamed broccoli then tossed with extra virgin olive oil and salt and i add sautéed spinach

another is grilled chicken with lemon and pepper with grilled capsicum i believe you call them bell peppers and grilled zucchini little salt maybe some extra virgin olive oil

or bbq steak with grilled oysters rockerfeller with spinach ( i made it keto adapted from guy fieri) or chargrilled oysters on the bbq with a garlic butter sautéed spinach

another go to or mine is a triple beef bacon chews burger bunless and for desert either a low carb fruit or zero cal raspberry jello

or for desert is a heavy cream high protein strawberry ice cream. please feel free to pm for any recipe
all that’s mentioned are super simple easy fast . because i’m no chef i want my food to taste amazing and to be bloody fast to cook haha

also don’t over look if you have access to low carb bread ( if you don’t want to make a cloud bread or whatever like who has the time?) low carb bread deli meat double cheese sandwich or better yet make that a grillled cheese bad boi. any deli meat roast beef , ham , turkey , chicken breast - even go for the low fat cheese in the plastic singles double or triple that up alongside the protein toast and you’re good to go the carbs will be under 8g per sandwich
